This is one of those stores you must make a quick stop. If you are traveling in Berlin or live here, you must come here to check out the latest fashion and grab a quick coffee. But note all the cool kids that majored in Art or that spend all their paycheck in Prada bag just to stay current with fashion. They do have Loewe, A Kind of Guise(my Favorite), etc. just do a quick google. They have all the current fashion merch. Another thing I love about this store is the Sneaker low key is fire. I was able to find Dunk lows and New Balance 550s here. If you are looking for an outfit for Berghain, they will have plenty of blacks but be sure to come with deep pockets. read more

This concept shop in the hipster haven that is Berlin's Kreuzberg neighbourhood carries candles, chocolate, clothing and jewelry of the higher end and avant garde variety, and even has a cafe inside the space. You'll find brands like Cheap Monday, Pendleton and Wood Wood though you may pay a premium for them here. A couple weeks back at Voo I snagged a super cute black dress at a 30% discount, which made it almost affordable. Almost... But given the extra enthusiastic reaction I got whilst wearing it out for the first time, I suspect it was worth it. LOVE this store. Amazing collection of items from shoes to sunglasses to books to furniture - they have it all! Great customer service and friendly employees (when you need them of course). Great layout of the store and great location. Coffee shop located inside that I have not tried yet. Been back here already twice and want to go back more - even just to window shop. The always have the latest shoes and clothes, with new items being added all the time. When the Berlin Adidas came out, they were one of the only shops to have them. They were sold out everyone, even on the Adidas website but they had a couple sizes left at Voo. I called the night before but knew I couldn't make it before closing but they said to come in right at opening and they would put a note aside to the people working to let them know that I'm coming in to try them on/purchase. Guy on their warehouse phone line was super friendly (and American) as well as the guy I spoke to when calling to see if they could hold the shoes for me. Ended up a happy girl with a hip Voo shopping bag (their bags are the coolest) and a shoebox with my favorite new sneakers. Found also one of my favorite new perfumes there. One of my worst shopping experiences to date. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and received no shipping updates for a week so I wrote them an email to follow up on the status of my order and was informed that due to "incredibly high volume of sales orders we are currently experiencing some delays in processing and shipping orders" which is understandable since I wanted these shoes for a while so I was patient and waited. Then 4 days later, I was refunded my payment because they no longer had the shoe in stock. 1. It doesn't take rocket scientists to pack shoes and ship them. 2. If you didn't have the shoe in stock then you should have informed me earlier so I could buy it from other vendors. But now 2 weeks later, they're sold out in my size on other vendors as well. The customer service was atrocious and I should have been informed earlier. I regret ordering from this site. I'm sure any other European site would have been more reliable. read more

I think this is a good store. I like the selection. The staff can be hit or miss, some are very friendly and helpful, others less so. My biggest issue is that they have the worst DeTax/Tax Free system of any luxury goods store I've shopped. In most cases a store has a system that makes it clear and easy - not the case here - which as a international shopper makes it a less appealing place to go. read more
