It might be weird to write a review about this place, but it's not bad. It has gyros and Greek take out and is in a food court that serves primarily downtown office workers. It's pretty healthy and tasty for fast food. Not a destination spot, but if you work downtown it's a fast, cheap and tasty lunch option read more

Ordered the Gyro sandwich platter and wasn't impressed. They serve you spiced beef, not actual lamb. The sandwich was all meat except for a little sauce and 1 1/4 slice of a tomato. The fries are about a small size serving you would get at Mc D's or similar. The salad is a joke, about a cup size serving. If they actually stuffed the pita picket with lettuce, onions, more sauce, and included a bottle of water, then it would be worth the price for the platter. If you were to get it with rice instead, expect about 1/2 cup of rice. The only good thing about this experience was the food was fresh and service was quick, and there was no line. If anybody remembers Mykonos that was in the Springfield Plaza, this place isn't close. read more

I was staying in Springfield, MA on business and went to the inside food court nearby(it was 31 degrees and light snow). There must had been 100s of people there(maybe, some kind of convention had let out for lunch?)with long lines and this place had the shortest line and the menu looked good. I ordered Falafel(falafel, lettuce, tomato and some kind of delicious dressing wrapped with pita bread)and side order of rice pilaf and small coke. The Falafel and rice pilaf were surprisingly good and the price was cheap($12 and some change). I wasn't expecting this level of goodness at a food court for sure. I highly recommend it! read more

Phenomenal steak souvlaki. Warm soft pita with a generous helping of marinated steak tips. I'm not a fan of most Greek yogurt sauces but gave this one a go and it was delicious. Warm welcoming service with a smile. Great price as well. Perfect lunch break right in the Tower Square complex. read more

As for meals from a Food Court go, the food was absolutely delicious! The people working were delightful and the prices cheap. I had the steak slouvaki sandwich and the meat was tender and juicy, the sauce perfection, and all for $6. I'll be back, that's for sure! read more

Le Greque is my favorite eatery in Springfield. Open for lunch and located in the Tower Square, the prices are very reasonable and they are very quick with getting you your order. The wonderful family that owns the restaurant is from Crete and the food is as authentic as you can get in the United States. Their menu is broad but my go to is the gyro sandwich. The meat is delicious, the pita is airy and soft, the vegetables clean and fresh. They prepare the food in front of you and are great with customizing the meal as you'd like it, giving generous portions that fill the entire pita. Don't skip dessert, the almond cookies are homemade and the baklava is delicious! read more

When I need a gyro fix, this is my spot. It's one of the food court stands in Tower Square, but I can overlook the food court atmosphere for a delicious, perfectly seasoned gyro on pillowy pita bread with creamy dressing, onions, lettuce, and tomato, as well as crispy, almost seasoned fries. I've also had the vegetarian plate, and the grape leaves have just the right combination of rice and spices and tangy yogurt sauce. read more

How have I been working in Tower Square for 7 months and never eaten here before? OH. MY. GOSH, the falafel. The pita was stuffed, packed with flavor, and left me so full all for $5! I couldn't believe how cheap it was for such a filling meal. The people who work behind the counter are incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. I think I've found my new spot! I discoverd Gyros (pronounced "year-ohs") back in the late 70's at Athenian Gyros in the food court of Holyoke Mall. Those were very good, but THESE Gyros are spectacular! And I discovered Le Greque, sort of by accident, at the Glendi Festival in Springfield. If you've been to Glendi and tasted the Gyros, it's Le Greque who runs the Gyros booth -- the one with the really long lines (and now I know why). If you have never tried a Gyro, do yourself a favor and try one here (or at their booth at Glendi in early September). Easily the best I've ever eaten. The quality of food is delicious, however, since I have been going there over the past year they are not giving you enough food for the $$$$$. When you order a salad they give very little romaine lettuce. You can eat at Fantastico's right around the corner and they give double the amount of more food for less $$$$ read more
