Unfortunately, it was past 10 pm so a lot of places were closed. We were getting frantic trying to find a restaurant that was still open. We finally pinged this place on GoogleMaps.
I have to say, this place is the definition of a hidden gem. It's a small French tapas place off on a side street that unless you were really searching, you would probably walk by it in favor of larger restaurants.
I don't know if our waiter was also the owner or the sommelier, but either way, his English was limited. Luckily, my fiancee's sister speaks French so she was able to translate the menu (to an extent). As such, this was a tapas restaurant so everything was small plates and meant to be shared. I don't remember the exact name of everything we ordered, but I remember a Pad Thai, a beef dish, smoked salmon, octopus, and a fried dish (maybe calamari, but I don't remember). The food is excellent and packed with flavor. You'd be surprised how filling these little dishes can be. If you ever come to Paris, I recommend going off the beaten path for this little piece of heaven.
