The menus are on chalkboards on the wall. The waiter was extremely helpful and said he would choose our cheese/meats for us. We got the mixed plate, which included two meats and three cheeses. He also paired wines for us and recommended we get a salad. We had the following meats and cheeses: 1. jambon cru lyonnaise 2. chorizo doux 3. Brillat-Savarin (paired with radish) 4. Sechons (paired with dried fruit) 5. Fougerus (paired with marmalade) I enjoyed both meats, but really enjoyed the creamy Fougerus cheese with the marmalade.
