Le Creuset is a name that is associated with quality and rightfully so. While you will pay more for their product, it is meant to last for decades. This is the ultimate example of the old adage that you get what you pay for. Also, with Christmas looming, they had a sale of 30% off, which just added to the value. I had a really great experience at Le Creuset, we were greeted right away and told us what was on extra discount. I ended up getting a heart shaped pink plate and a mini cocotte, it was so beautiful and our sales rep made sure that we got one that did have any chips. We even told her we were from out of town and she mentioned if we wanted to buy more that they can always mail it out for us. Seriously such a nice experience. read more

Le Creuset is one of my favorite stores. I could spend hours just browsing at all the things I want. I am a huge fan of the Le Creuset products. I find the quality is much better than your average stoneware/cookware and it is much more beautiful. The colors that Le Creuset offers are amazing. I personally love Caribbean, which is now only available online as it was replaced by Cool Mint. Luckily I am in love with the Cool Mint and l and I feel it goes very nicely with the Caribbean. The Coastal Blue is another color that is just calming to look at and it is gorgeous. We came in before and after Christmas and found great sales on both occasions. I bought a beautiful pie plate for 40% off before Christmas and my sister bought me a crock after Christmas that was 50% off. The employees even mentioned that the crock could be used to cook in which I had never thought of using it for that before. As far as this store it is wonderful. I live in San Diego and we have a Le Creuset outlet about half an hour from where I live and I love to go there as well, however I found the employees at this store are much friendlier and much more willing to help. I was taking items back home with me and they packaged everything very nicely so my items would not break taking them on the plane with me. They even offered to ship my items. This is my own little heaven on earth!! First off, when talking Le Creuset the terms special, sale and cheap are not common words and don't relate to what a normal person would think of :) Le Creuset is a French brand of cookware, servingware, utensils and accessories which are made with very high quality and are intended to last your lifetime and possibly your children's lifetime. Their signature items are enamel cast iron Dutch ovens. The store receives left over quantities from their stores as well as merchants such as Williams-Sanoma. The products sold are not made any differently from other products and therefore the prices kind of reflect that. This store is conveniently located in the premium outlets and is close to Yankee Candle or Sketchers. The store is small but has a great selection and is well organized. Fairly often there are sale items with up to 50% off. Mainly 20-40% though. However today, there were many items at 50% off and I walked out with a gorgeous yellow cast iron skillet. The people working are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help and answer any and all questions. I adore this store!! read more

My mom, sister, and I went into ready to drop some money in there. My sister and her husband are building a new home because they lost everything in Hurricane Laura last year. So, they need everything! It was a warm afternoon. I put my mask on and my sis and mom forgot. The 2 ladies working came to "greet" us and asked my Mom and Sis in the worst tone to have them put their masks on. They could have handled it better. I have been vaccinated and I told them that I guess getting the vaccine doesn't really matter. They said the mask is "cooperate policy." Again the tone was rude. We left. It's too bad because I like Le Creuset but was totally turned off by the whole experience. read more

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR VETERANS! I went to Le Creuset to purchase new pots and pans for our home. The sign on the door, blocking the entrance states, "Please WAIT till Associate clears you to enter." It was a little creepy and looked like a letter sent by a kidnapper using words cut from the newspaper. I waited as a young boy walked from the back of the store to "clear" me for entry. There was an additional sign stating that there were only (5) customers allowed in at a time and that social distancing of 6 feet apart was required. I was greeted with a firm, you need to put on a mask. Not good evening, how are you or any other form of pleasantries. I attempted to explain that I was a veteran and had sustained significant injury to my lungs and was medically unable to wear a mask. He cut me off and begin speaking above me. I finished what I was saying and explained to him, that while this is a private business and they had the right to refuse entry, that is was discriminatory against injured veterans. He became increasingly rude so I returned the attitude. "Are you telling me that you are going to refuse service to an injured veteran? Your telling me that Le Creuset would want you to refuse service to an injured veteran over being unable to wear a mask? The mandate is for social distancing, not masks." His response, "I don't care." I said, "You don't care that I'm a veteran, you don't care that I was injured serving my country or you just don't care about veterans at all?" He turned, shut the door and walked away. Something I had failed to mention earlier, there was no one in the store. There was no one coming up to the store. I would bet that no one else went in the store the rest of the evening on Tuesday. I had asked to speak to the manager, which was not there. I really wanted a set of these pots/pans. If I could give this a zero star I would. My experience with the employee made me leave this stores in tears because the employee was making up rules about "Le Creuset" "policies" for buying, returning, and promotions that are not legal, rational, or properly disclosed. These policies did not apply universally and applied only the way she saw fit. I would avoid this store as the employee will single you out and threaten you by looking at all of your information from your purchase and use it if you raise any problem to what she says. Never have I been threatened and denied customer service like this before. I could go on and on with details and infractions but I would just pay attention to a one star and know enough was said. read more

So pretty much all my favourite cooking vessels come from this store. Because if I tried to buy Le Creuset items at full price... No. I can't buy Le Creuset at full price. Everything in the store is at a ridiculous discount. Cheaper than buying it at Marshall's even (IF they had in stock regularly). Furthermore, they run specials every month, translating into more savings. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. But beware. They get in your head, set the mood and then make you think you want a Tagine. And you know damn well you don't even know what you're doing planning a "Nights of Morocco" dinner party. So finally you have to go back next week and buy the Tagine Cookbook too. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, actually no, this cookware really is awesome! Decided to get a couple of Le Creuset pieces as presents. When I found the items online I wanted to compare the price to other sites and found a few places where the items were cheaper. I also decided to drive to the outlet to check the items out in the store. Good thing too because BAM...what a price difference. The store is located in a big outlet shopping plaza. There is a huge parking lot. The staff immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help. I told her which items I was interested in and she said she would go check if they had them in stock. Not only were the items in stock they were also 30% off! One of the items didn't have a box so the sales lady made us a gift box with tissue paper and it ended up looking so pretty. I ended up walking around the store and buying myself a few things. I needed a really good frying pan. I looked at several sizes and decided on the medium sized one. The sales lady told me that their pans were nonstick minimizing the need for oil and made cleanup a breeze. She said the pan would never chip or flake. Sold! I loved all the bright colors they have on display. I plan on buying one of their cast iron round Dutch ovens soon. Can't wait to go back. My kitchen is going to look like I know what I'm doing! Don't buy Le Creuset products if you are not 200% sure because they will find some excuse not to take back the product. I bought a product at Early Branch, SC. I tried to return it in Charleston and they did not take it back saying that I would need to take it back to the original store. The tried to tell me that they could not put it back in their inventory. Why is it my problem that you have a inventory issue in your system? In which times is Le Creuset living in? These stores are not franchise owned in US. Why would that be an issue? Couple weeks later so was travelling and I tried to return the product again. At this point I had lost the receipt.again they refused to take back the product. They could not find it in the order history. Then they showed me the written policy of 45 days for returns with receipts. I will not be buying Le Creuset products any more. read more

This is not a bad review for the manager or the store, but for the terrible district manager. I went to this outlet after accidentally calling another Le Creuset to see if I can return items bought online in an outlet store, I was informed yes you could but you needed two printouts 1 from the Le Creuset order site saying how much you ordered each item for and a printout from the way you paid either Apple Pay or pay pal and it needed to have the last 4 numbers of your credit card. With these two printouts I headed to the outlet near my house (the one I thought I called) but alas it was not, I was informed "I could not do that and I don't know who told you that you could do this but you can't" she called another store they said no as well but said you "might" be able to if you called customer service, I stay in the store for over an hour with the manager on hold with customer service. I finally was like wtf this has been the longest I have ever been on hold, I pulled out my phone to do some research only to find out le creuset customer service has a 1 star rating and that they won't answer and will even just hang up, so I left. As soon as I got out of the store I called the store I originally called and was told yes I can and told yet again I needed those printouts. The next day I drove to that outlet, because also reviews for returning stuff by mailing it also had low ratings people said they would mail stuff and never get refunded. I go to the store in Charleston sc and the manager Steven did the return for me, no phone call to customer service I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. I called this store back to inform them that in fact you can I told them my story, the manager was like I just got off the phone with my district manager and she said you cannot take returns from online. This is terrible leadership, as a district manager you should know how to run your district and make sure your employees are fully equipped to deal with any and everything. The manager at this store was so sweet and I feel terrible that she is in a place where her own leaders can't equip her with the knowledge of how to fully execute her job. So shame on upper management, and seriously le creuset get your stuff together cause 1 star customer service is a joke. read more
