If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. After being in our home for 25 years, we had discovered a leak in an upstairs guest shower. Since we would have to take out most of the tile, we thought we would redo the entire shower. While walking through the Bel-Air shopping plaza, we came across a showroom for CNY. They do kitchen and bathroom renovations so we walked in. We met Ray and Anneliese and immediately felt very comfortable to work with this company. My wife and I sat down with the team and chose all of the items to be added to the shower after Ray came out to take measurements. The final price came in at $15,000 and a quarter of that was put down to start the project. Once all the specialty items were ordered and in the project started. Victor started with demolition and finished at the installation of the tile. He was amazing and very nice and respectful. Did a great job not making a mess as demo tends to do. Next came Cory who finished the job and was also very polite and did a fabulous job. Our guests now have a new shower to enjoy with the latest upgrades and a spa look.
