Looked at the 'job', he emailed estimate that evening a very accurate, cost of everything going line by line. We had requested a start date for the job, no problem. He told us how much tile would be needed. We ordered from Home Depot. Rob had it picked up . On start day a crew showed up, as some of them started ripping bathroom apart. they also put down a 4' wide paper walk way so they weren't making a mess from bathroom to door. Super nice crew if I bothered them with a question they actually explained what they were doing. WOW I liked that. When the last guy left everything was cleaned up by them. We met with Alec Klifa, the "CEO" who gave us a quote for painting the exterior of our home. The promised project would be "2-3 days". First, he kept pushing the start date back every single day. Then, when they were supposed to start, we kept getting excuses, such as "the weather is delaying us". Every time I called, he didn't even know who was calling. He kept confusing me with other jobs. You can tell he is not organized and does not run a business well. When they finally started, Alec sent ONE guy. That's right ONE guy to our house. You can tell he was not a painter and was probably a friend or someone that just really needed a job. He had one SMALL paintbrush with him for our TWO-STORY home. He didn't even have the appropriate-sized ladder for the top story of our home. He came to our house in the afternoon and moved slower than molasses. When questioned about painting upstairs, we were told it was "too windy" (on a 90 degree humid day in sunny Florida). On a different day, he even used his small ladder and placed it on top of his truck to paint upstairs!!!!!!!! Please see images for proof. How unprofessional and unsafe is this?!? Needless to say, it took nearly a month for them to "paint" our house. Even during one of their last days, still with only ONE painter and maybe at times the CEO, I asked them when they would be painting our front door and garage door. The man looked at me like I was crazy. Everything that was previously discussed and signed in the contract was a blur all of a sudden. Fast forward a few hours later, when I came home to find a painted door and garage...IN THE WRONG COLOR. First they didn't know a thing about it and then they took it upon themselves to just paint it without confirming the color we wanted or that was approved by our HOA. Now let me tell you about their "work". Our house looks like a child painted it. It's a complete joke!!!! There are stains everywhere, dripping spots, different colors (trim and wall colors mixed), areas missing paint, and more. It's a true disaster. Also, we asked him to replace our hurricane shutter bolts from all windows. Well guess what? He removed them all and didn't even know how to put them back!!!!!! Our windows have no bolts at all!!!!!!! We asked for them to fix all of his work and he never did. And honestly, I don't even want him to return to my house. Nor do I want to see his face after all of this!!!!!!!! Oh and it took him A MONTH to send his license and insurance documentation. I could go on more, but I think this explains enough and why you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! And please see all images!!!!

I'd text a question about the construction or send a picture and he'd respond within 15 minutes, even on a Sunday. Family and pets were in the home throughout construction, his team was very respectful and professional. The initial quote was slightly more expensive than competitors we had priced with, but choosing a well established local company tipped the scales in their favor. Glad we did because when all was said and done, they finished on time, and under budget (ended up being less than all other competing initial quotes!!). And all the final paperwork showed the costs line by line, honest people at Wiggins. Highly recommend working with Joe and Bryant Wiggins, they are incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. True professionals.
