St Augustine Kitchen and Bath - Sink is crooked

We have 2 different heights of backsplash because they measured incorrectly and didn't bother to fix before they installed. They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why.

The owner, Crystal, is one of the most unprofessional person (RUDE) you will ever meet. (WORST…read moreCOMPANY EVER). Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN. I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have. First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?! I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!

This quaint establishment has a fun bar set up attached, known as the Tipsy Duck Parlor. Therefore, this review is regarding the bar! They only serve beer and wine based cocktails so you won't get too ducked up if you decide to stop on by for a quick drink just to sit on a duck barstool! It's a thing. I highly suggest the tipsy duck served in a tub. The duck bubbles and laughing duck are served with an interesting concept as well. So, I highly suggest those options too! If you're consuming all 3 of my suggestions, I guess you can get pretty ducked up. Perhaps bring a friend or 2... or in my case, 4! So, you can experience the different ways they serve up their drinks. This would be the most pro-duck-tive strategy, in my opinion.

I tried the bath tub cocktail and let me just say, it did not disappoint. It tasted like magic in a drink. Not only was it a delightful, fruity drink, but it was aesthetically pleasing and you're allowed to keep the duck. The bar counter had a video of a moving water pond, which elevated the experience. There were many spots to take lovely photos for all social media platforms. The bartender was the sweetest, and she complimented Boots and overall was a treat to talk to. I'm so very glad that this place is a success on TikTok because I wouldn't have want to miss coming here
