Storage, salt & pepper automated shakers, drinkware, flatware, pots & pans. I honestly thought they only specialized in knives! I am loving the Zwilling flatware and pots/pan options. They offer a variety of options including knives, cookware, flatware, storage, tableware, small kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils and kitchen organization. Bonus is they carry Miyabi Japanese knives. Individual knives but also Miyabi knife sets with butcher blocks. Don't even ask how much those are. I have just one Miyabi Japanese chef's knife and that was an investment that cost me $200. It's my favorite knife. No joke on the quality but also just the beautiful design and look. Service was good. There was a gentleman who asked if I needed help and proceeded to let me know about the specials they have on a regular basis. He informed me of the random sales in the store and also let me know they had sales for Miyabi since I showed interest in that. Apparently, they had Miyabi Japanese knives that were 60% off. It was a beautiful serrated knife. I looked at the regular price and sale price and it was still too expensive for me. I almost have to wonder if they just bump up the price tag just to slash for the effect of a "sale". I feel this way about most of the factory stores. I proceeded to tell him he was wrong. He then went to the cage, opened it and stood there and looked at me. He offered no help at all. In my past life, I was a home improvement contractor pulling 6 figures yearly, plus a per diem building inspector job in Massachusetts. I got what I needed. I asked him his name, and went straight to customer service. I talked to Jen the Assistant Mgr. She gave 20% off the lock after telling me about someone in her family. She then proceeded to tell me how Lesley is old. I did not buy that at all. That argument does not warrant a get out of jail free card. That was the end of my Saturday after I walked out. On Monday morning, I called Home Depot Headquarters in Atlanta. I spoke with a lady named Cristin. She seemed very sympathetic and nice. She assured me she was escalating this to upper management right away, and would get back to me by the end of the day. I called off a Channel 4 News visit because I was assured of a return phone call. I never heard from Headquarters. This is just the beginning. I know first hand the Sunrise store is falling way behind in revenues. Everybody in there is getting worried. They can now deal with my attorney. "Let's Do This Together". P.S. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. They take your money and disappear. One guy wouldn't put anything in writing. He didn't even have a business card. Another "company" gave me a low quote but didn't want to get building permits. He asked me to be vague about the project with my condo management. All red flags. A neighbor suggested Allied. They did great work for him and kept the mess to a minimum by protecting his carpet and hardwood floors. I met with Lewis, a designer at Allied and we discussed options for my bathroom. I had a strict budget and I found Lewis willing to work within it. He came up with great ideas. Allied does things the right way. Designer drawings are done. An architect creates blueprints that breeze through the city permitting process. In a few weeks the project began. Trevor did a wonderful job installing a Schluter Shower System, a product that guarantees no leaks for life! Mark and Angelo were fantastic at setting the fixtures and rough carpentry and keeping dust to a minimum. Adam was my project manager who was available by cell if I had ANY concerns. Chris and Liz were awesome at helping me select tiles and finishes. Everybody was helpful and professional!! I never enjoyed a construction project so much. I found Allied to be top notch. Professional. Helpful. They wanted to be a five star company for me.

I always opted for the executive membership, which gives you cash back towards the end of your year, I always applied the cash back towards my renewal, win win.
