Possibly my favorite restaurant in Sacile.
It's upscale, and you pay for the difference; but it's worth it.
The chef is definitely into food as high art, but the emphasis is more on highlighting and enhancing existing natural flavors than creating something new and fusion-y.
You'll definitely see twists and flair, but the underlying principle is for the food to shine, rather than to make statements.
Just go see for yourself (but call for a reservation or have a backup plan... I have a feeling this word is getting out). read more
