Secondly, when you make an appointment, they stick to that appointment. I have been to Ritz Nails in Cedarburg a couple times and every time I go, despite making an appointment, I have to wait for over a half an hour every time! I have little ones and my windows of time are tight. Thirdly, and most importantly, Syda does a wonderful job on my nails. She understood exactly what I wanted when I asked for almond-shaped nails (not everyone knows what that means) and she does a wonderful job on my two-tone nail design that I like to do. My manicure always turns out great and they last around three weeks, which is what a gel manicure should. My gel pedicures last even longer. Bay is a generous and hospitable business-owner who takes pride in her work. Give them a try!

I was tired of my skin looking dull from the harsh winter air as well as hormonal acne breakouts. I made my first appointment a little over a month ago after reading hundreds of reviews for multiple spas/salons in the Milwaukee area and settled on a place close to home. The facial service is $79 for 60 minutes. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life. My skin was glowing, smooth, and I felt extremely calm afterwards. I had my second appointment a month later and my skin has been going a little crazy from some stress I've been going through. Michelle did some extractions, which are usually painful, and they weren't painful at all. She recommend a high frequency treatment and explained throughly what the treatment would do for my skin and how it would feel. It didn't hurt but my facial muscles were a little twitchy afterwards. She also recommended some Acne relief pads to reduce breakouts. When you get a facial you get a bit of arm, shoulder, and head massage. The level of pressure applied was perfect. Two days later and my skin is looking so much better! Breakouts have stopped and the extraction site redness is gone. Needless to say I've booked my third appointment and will probably continue to make appointments to keep my skin in check. Michelle is extremely professional and the level of customer service from the front desk receptionists is above average. Thank you for offering high level services at a reasonable price!

I literally had to point out one nail that needed filing, and instead of fixing them all, she only did that one. Lazy and careless. The cuticle work was basically nonexistent, and the polish application looked rushed and messy -- not clean or professional at all. It honestly felt like she cared more about wasting time on the "leg/ foot massage" than actually doing the pedicure correctly. And the cleanliness? Gross. The area next to the chair was cluttered with dirty tools and open jars everywhere. The whole setup looked unhygienic and unprofessional. For the every increasing price, this service was a joke.
