The lady working there was very nice, she let us look on our own and was always there to help you clip up your dress if you needed to which is especially nice since some boutiques have the workers breathing down your neck. The place is really clean, you have to leave your shoes at the door and there's a little basket of slippers underneath one of the chairs for you to use. The dresses were organized by colours and length (long and short) and she told us not to worry too much about colour because these dresses will come in other colours if you order it. Now the dresses itself in my opinion are okay. The styles were nice and ranged around 500$ which is standard for those types of dresses and especially the brands. As I entered I was greeted by a very friendly lady asking if I needed help or was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was just browsing so she backed off. As I walked through the store I saw all kinds of sparkly accessories, dresses, shoes, purses and cute outfits. All displays were put together perfectly by colour and many included shoe combinations to go with the outfit. As I wandered about and fell in love with a pair of shoes the sales lady appeared. She explained that their speciality is putting outfits together for people or accessorizing and outfit that someone brings into the store. (she must have noticed the confused look on my face) Perfect!!! I am always in a rush and I am not so good at putting things together so, I picked up the shoes and then......... I asked what would go with the shoes. Yes, I know it was kinda like shopping backwards.... picking shoes first then the outfit. Not bad for someone who was just browsing. Next thing I knew, I ended up purchasing a lovely summer dress and a hand bag to go with the dress and some bling bling bracelets. I think they're the best designed, best merchandised and most shoppable apparel store in the mall (compared to American Eagle, H&M & Old Navy). Also very clean, the salespeople are always accessible (without hovering) and are always behaving professionally. As for the corporate pricing decisions... that's another matter. $108 for a paper-thin vest with no closable pockets? I think somebody's been hitting that legal weed a little too hard! Even at 50% off during Boxing Week, that's too much. Competitors had basically same product (with an inside pocket!) in the $29-$40 range and a Joe Fresh is $24.99. This is a $30 item and no amount of "branding" will sell it to me for more. There are other examples of such pricing. But really nice store though, I would recommend for those who have a more casual relationship with their money.

The stylist had already picked out some dresses for my friend to try as they emailed each other days before of the kind of style my friend was interested in. All the dresses were super nice and beautiful, the stylist was very knowledgeable in all the dresses my friend tried on. Unfortunately, my friend didn't say "yes" to any of the dresses, but it was such a great experience for my friend as she now knows what she really likes/dislikes for her next dress shopping experience.

I really appreciated that Adriana was conservative in her order time approach rather than blowing sunshine to get me to order something that might not arrive in time. I took my chances with the Amazon dress which did arrive timely. It was also workable given how cheap it was and I was so happy when I returned here. Adriana gave me a fitting consult and advised she'd have it ready for me several days before my wedding date, down to the hour of 3:00 p.m. that pickup date. Sure enough, it was ready exactly when she said it would be. I tried it on with my shoes and everything was perfect - hem and upper body alterations. I asked for the leftover fabric pieces to maybe make some matching hair bows or something and they were waiting in my dress bag. With taxes the hem and alterations came out to about $90 which was actually more than I paid for the dress, and it is worth every penny. I asked if she provided pressing service but she doesn't provide that service. She advised me on the proper setting to use if I did it at home as opposed to taking it to a dry cleaner, so I did it at home and it turned out fine. She used to be located down on St. Clair for about 12 years and then moved up to Vaughan about a year or so ago, so while the store is new here, her experience is solid. She has a fantastic interactive website and answered my message immediately from there while my dress was in the shop. She's upbeat and professional, as well as good at her work. I will return anytime I need an alteration done for any occasion.
