I used to come here all the time and they gave such good service. They made me and my dog feel so at home. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in such good hands. Recently the business changed management and I've never met such a sick and disgusting man. I'm a woman of color and he felt I didn't deserve the decency of customer service or attention when I walked into the store. He sat there in his seat as he casually chatted with a "customer". The computer wasn't open, no notes or questions were discussed. He didn't even look at me before he kept chatting away. I asked if someone else could help as there were a few people in the back and he threw the phone down and walked over to me. I asked him about the "customer" he was supposed to be helping and he said they were okay. As he rudely tried to take my reservation, he didn't smile, he make eye contact, or even give me a total. When I asked for an invoice of services he shrugged his shoulders and said "We walk them, feed them and put them back in the crate" He asked me for my card and since I always paid with cashapp, I asked if they still took it. He closed down my reservation and refused me service saying he didn't want to work with me calling me rude and demanding. I can't believe he kicked me out of the store and left my dog stranded with no explanation, care or consideration. I would never trust a dog in their care, they made me feel like less than a human. As a patron with multiple pets for over 7 years they used to be very accommodating. New ownership is HORRIBLE. The can only accommodate nail trims and minor grooming during the weekday and for working people that is unacceptable. The current staff is rude and I would not trust my pet there anymore. read more

I have been bringing my Maltese here for several months now. I could not get an appt, so I took her back to a place I had gone to before. The owner could not believe the amount of hair that was in her ears. Not only the amount in each ear, but it was all matted. It seems they had never cleaned out my dog's ears! He said we were very lucky, my dog could have gotten severe ear infection and who knows what else. He actually saved the hair to show me. I should have taken a picture of the amount of the matted hair. I could not believe it! How upsetting. Bottom line, glad my baby is okay, and there is NO excuse for this carelessness. This place is decent, don't get me wrong, but it's a complete hassle to get them to make an appointment (if they can) at their desired time window. They almost make it seem like it's a privilege if you can get them to take your dog. I got turned down because the person who usually tends to our dog was busy with two others and the rest of the staff is either unable, or unwilling, to deal with what they consider "trouble" dogs. Additionally, when you try to make an appointment by phone they just say to "bring it in early", without so much as defining what early means to them or if there's a problem window. They sort of "wing" walk-ins. Overall it's good when they can actually take your dog, but it's a nightmarish situation getting to that point. If you can find someone who can do the same without the scheduling issues, go to them! read more

The worst place ever. Took my little Yorkie here yesterday @ around 10am and didn't receive a call to come pick her up until 5pm... why was she there for so long when we had a morning appointment? When we received her we were told they accidentally cut her ear & decided to put GLUE where the missing chunk is suppose to be. My dog was still bleeding when she came home hours later. I was really excited about this place since it's near my home and when I called, on a Friday morning, they said they had availability. I dropped off my dog at around 8:30am. It was almost 4pm and I had not heard from them so I called to find out when my dog would be ready.They said there were 3 other dogs in front of him and they would call me when he was done. What?! my dog was dropped off at 8:30am, hasn't eaten, drank water, or gone to the restroom (that I knew of) for over 7hrs! I told them this and also said I would just pick him up. They then explained he was half done. What does that mean? Was he still wet and just waiting on his hair cut? They said they would finish him and call me back. They called me within 10 minutes that he was done. I was very confused. I just wanted my dog out of there so he can at least drink some water! When I picked him up, he looked great. But I don't know why they would take over 7hrs to have him ready. Not a fan and I don't think I would go back or recommend to other unless it was a lesser amount of time. read more

Local groomer close to home, we initially called to make an appointment to bring in our miniature schnauzer, they advised to just bring her in as a walk in. Family business , very friendly. I didn't give them a full five stars because she was at groomers all day and it had us a little worried (dropped off at noon. She was ready at 5pm) but understood it was mainly because she was a walk in appointment, but her cut was beautiful and our doggie looked very happy. I would definitely return again. read more

My review for Le Bone Pet Spa is way overdue. Boogie, my 12 year old maltese/shih tzu has been coming to Le Bone Pet Spa for years. I always call ahead to make sure they can take him--often times calling the day of and they have always been so accommodating! I'm always excited when Boogie is ready because of the quality of cuts Boogie gets. He always leaves this place expertly groomed and obnoxiously cute. The products they use leaves him smelling good for weeks. Beyond this and perhaps most importantly, he is the same dog before and after picking him up from this groomer. I've had horrible experiences in the past with other groomers, that left Boogie with arthritis flare ups or acting completely unlike himself after getting a hair cut. This is NOT the case with Le Bone! I even remember receiving a comment from one of the groomers (I regret not catching her name) that Boogie started falling asleep when she was cutting the hair on his face! WHAT? If this isn't telling of what kind of establishment this is, I don't know what is. Thank you for the great years of service Le Bone! read more

The owner Carlos blatantly lied to me after I left my dog there for 5-and-a-half hours and insisted that he DID call me. Hours later, I message their FB profile and calmly relay my grievance. Upon receipt, said business owner then amazingly calls me and gets through (*this* time). He insists, 'hey; I apologized.....' Guess what Pal, half-hearted 'I'm sorry's do not cut it when you lie to my face like a 5-year-old. He then asks me not to return to his business and hangs up like a love lorn teenager. I absolutely love this place. For the past year, major health issues which led to financial issues have caused me to be negligent when it came to the grooming care of my precious fur babies (not proud of that only being honest). So when I was finally able to take them for grooming they were matted (Maltese & Yorkies) and nails disgustingly long...it was embarrassing. LeBone did such a fantastic job on all of them. Of course we needed to shave them b/c trying to remove the matts would have been stressful and painful to my babies. The dogs all looked and smelled great when I picked them up...and you could tell how much better they felt and how happy they were...not at all traumatized. Also, b/c of the grooming neglect I was afraid of being judged but I was treated as kindly as they treated my dogs. I am so happy to have found this wonderful groomer! read more

Took our dog at 10 in the morning and when they called us to pick him up at 4:30, they said they only bathed him because since we did not take him in at 8:30 there was no time to cut his hair. They told us we can bring him back within 3 days to have it cut for the difference. If we go past the 3 days we have to pay a full grooming again. We took him back in two days at 8:30 am in the morning, at 4:45, I called to see if he was ready and they said he is no the table now. Le bone spa provides stellar service. I have had a history with past groomers as my French/English bulldog is very sensitive to nail trims and gets extremely stressed. We take our Flash to get groomed here. We love the convience of no appointments. When we feel he needs to be groomed, we just drop him off. They know the appropriate cuts for his breed and suggest to gret trimmed or not. You can see the dogs through the window and Flash always seems calm and happy getting groomed there unlike other places. We have also boarded with them for a weekend and Flash seemed happy when we picked up. Smelled good also. read more

When I picked up my dogs, they were very poorly groomed. I called the owner to express my discontent, but unfortunately it escalated to a verbal altercation from his part. He even mentioned that I'm not a "groomer", suggesting my request was not Important. Very unprofessional and not worth the expense in this place. I have explained to him that this is not the way to handle his business and he keeps coming for me.
