I used to come here all the time and they gave such good service. They made me and my dog feel so at home. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in such good hands. Recently the business changed management and I've never met such a sick and disgusting man. I'm a woman of color and he felt I didn't deserve the decency of customer service or attention when I walked into the store. He sat there in his seat as he casually chatted with a "customer". The computer wasn't open, no notes or questions were discussed. He didn't even look at me before he kept chatting away. I asked if someone else could help as there were a few people in the back and he threw the phone down and walked over to me. I asked him about the "customer" he was supposed to be helping and he said they were okay. As he rudely tried to take my reservation, he didn't smile, he make eye contact, or even give me a total. When I asked for an invoice of services he shrugged his shoulders and said "We walk them, feed them and put them back in the crate" He asked me for my card and since I always paid with cashapp, I asked if they still took it. He closed down my reservation and refused me service saying he didn't want to work with me calling me rude and demanding. I can't believe he kicked me out of the store and left my dog stranded with no explanation, care or consideration. I would never trust a dog in their care, they made me feel like less than a human. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Im posting this everywhere with hopes they get shut down. Protect the animals read more

Very disappointed. This was the last time i take my dogs here. The owner was extremely rude after we explained that the cut around my dogs face was very poorly done. As a customer, I would have anticipated a bit more compassion considering that my dog looked horrible. I could have done a better job. read more

As a patron with multiple pets for over 7 years they used to be very accommodating. New ownership is HORRIBLE. The can only accommodate nail trims and minor grooming during the weekday and for working people that is unacceptable. The current staff is rude and I would not trust my pet there anymore. read more

Still my favorite place to groom my babies! Carlos, Betty & their team at Le Bone couldn't be nicer. No matter how busy they are, they always make us feel welcome. And the most important my boys- my 2 poodles smell sooo yummy when they get home. Great job- keep it up. read more

Absolutely wonderful! Post hurricane Michael it always warms my heart to be able to give a business a five star review. They are kind, they are courteous, they are available and flexible. She did a fantastic job on my 16-year-old deaf Lhasa. Very clean, kind upbeat environment. Positive employees. No call goes on answered. I am a legitimate local in Florida native, prior to hurricane Michael. I truly appreciate their compassion all the way around between my pet and myself and the circumstances following hurricane Michael. Very blessed to have found them. read more

I have been bringing my Maltese here for several months now. I could not get an appt, so I took her back to a place I had gone to before. The owner could not believe the amount of hair that was in her ears. Not only the amount in each ear, but it was all matted. It seems they had never cleaned out my dog's ears! He said we were very lucky, my dog could have gotten severe ear infection and who knows what else. He actually saved the hair to show me. I should have taken a picture of the amount of the matted hair. I could not believe it! How upsetting. Bottom line, glad my baby is okay, and there is NO excuse for this carelessness. I would NEVER go back to this business. Learn something from my misfortune, always check your dog's ears when you have them groomed here. No excuses!! read more

I didn't know at first that I had to come early to have my dog finished in time but they were very nice about finishing her up quickly. I know she's a hard dog to groom because she has a lot of fur (chow mix) so i appreciate that. She came out looking and smelling good. read more

This place is decent, don't get me wrong, but it's a complete hassle to get them to make an appointment (if they can) at their desired time window. They almost make it seem like it's a privilege if you can get them to take your dog. I got turned down because the person who usually tends to our dog was busy with two others and the rest of the staff is either unable, or unwilling, to deal with what they consider "trouble" dogs. Additionally, when you try to make an appointment by phone they just say to "bring it in early", without so much as defining what early means to them or if there's a problem window. They sort of "wing" walk-ins. Overall it's good when they can actually take your dog, but it's a nightmarish situation getting to that point. If you can find someone who can do the same without the scheduling issues, go to them! read more

I kinda love this pet spa. The women in front are super nice, everyone speaks English & Spanish. They have a shop up front in case you have to wait, so it keeps you distracted. Once you come in they're ready to take your dog. Always call to see if they have space before or you're just gonna stand there for a super long time. It does take a few hours because they accept a certain amount of dogs, but my dog always looks so handsome after this! I don't mind the wait, it's completely worth it! read more

The worst place ever. Took my little Yorkie here yesterday @ around 10am and didn't receive a call to come pick her up until 5pm... why was she there for so long when we had a morning appointment? When we received her we were told they accidentally cut her ear & decided to put GLUE where the missing chunk is suppose to be. My dog was still bleeding when she came home hours later. Not happy about the service here & a call at the time of the incident would have been nice. read more

I was really excited about this place since it's near my home and when I called, on a Friday morning, they said they had availability. I dropped off my dog at around 8:30am. It was almost 4pm and I had not heard from them so I called to find out when my dog would be ready. They said there were 3 other dogs in front of him and they would call me when he was done. What?! my dog was dropped off at 8:30am, hasn't eaten, drank water, or gone to the restroom (that I knew of) for over 7hrs! I told them this and also said I would just pick him up. They then explained he was half done. What does that mean? Was he still wet and just waiting on his hair cut? They said they would finish him and call me back. They called me within 10 minutes that he was done. I was very confused. I just wanted my dog out of there so he can at least drink some water! When I picked him up, he looked great. But I don't know why they would take over 7hrs to have him ready. Not a fan and I don't think I would go back or recommend to other unless it was a lesser amount of time. read more

Local groomer close to home, we initially called to make an appointment to bring in our miniature schnauzer, they advised to just bring her in as a walk in. Family business , very friendly. I didn't give them a full five stars because she was at groomers all day and it had us a little worried (dropped off at noon. She was ready at 5pm) but understood it was mainly because she was a walk in appointment, but her cut was beautiful and our doggie looked very happy. I would definitely return again. read more

My review for Le Bone Pet Spa is way overdue. Boogie, my 12 year old maltese/shih tzu has been coming to Le Bone Pet Spa for years. I always call ahead to make sure they can take him--often times calling the day of and they have always been so accommodating! I'm always excited when Boogie is ready because of the quality of cuts Boogie gets. He always leaves this place expertly groomed and obnoxiously cute. The products they use leaves him smelling good for weeks. Beyond this and perhaps most importantly, he is the same dog before and after picking him up from this groomer. I've had horrible experiences in the past with other groomers, that left Boogie with arthritis flare ups or acting completely unlike himself after getting a hair cut. This is NOT the case with Le Bone! I even remember receiving a comment from one of the groomers (I regret not catching her name) that Boogie started falling asleep when she was cutting the hair on his face! WHAT? If this isn't telling of what kind of establishment this is, I don't know what is. Thank you for the great years of service Le Bone! read more

'...don't come here no more' I can be very eloquent, if need be. Knowing what venom I can spew, I decided to wait some time before slamming this establishment. The owner Carlos blatantly lied to me after I left my dog there for 5-and-a-half hours and insisted that he DID call me. Hours later, I message their FB profile and calmly relay my grievance. Upon receipt, said business owner then amazingly calls me and gets through (*this* time). He insists, 'hey; I apologized.....' Guess what Pal, half-hearted 'I'm sorry's do not cut it when you lie to my face like a 5-year-old. He then asks me not to return to his business and hangs up like a love lorn teenager. Good riddance and good luck. Whom should happen to require more info, reach me at a3vido@gmail.com read more

I absolutely love this place. For the past year, major health issues which led to financial issues have caused me to be negligent when it came to the grooming care of my precious fur babies (not proud of that only being honest). So when I was finally able to take them for grooming they were matted (Maltese & Yorkies) and nails disgustingly long...it was embarrassing. LeBone did such a fantastic job on all of them. Of course we needed to shave them b/c trying to remove the matts would have been stressful and painful to my babies. The dogs all looked and smelled great when I picked them up...and you could tell how much better they felt and how happy they were...not at all traumatized. Also, b/c of the grooming neglect I was afraid of being judged but I was treated as kindly as they treated my dogs. I am so happy to have found this wonderful groomer! read more

Took our dog at 10 in the morning and when they called us to pick him up at 4:30, they said they only bathed him because since we did not take him in at 8:30 there was no time to cut his hair. They told us we can bring him back within 3 days to have it cut for the difference. If we go past the 3 days we have to pay a full grooming again. We took him back in two days at 8:30 am in the morning, at 4:45, I called to see if he was ready and they said he is no the table now. When asked if they had taken him out to do his necessities they said no "we did not have time". Horrible service and inhumane to our dog. read more

My pup looked cute after pickup but after my visit with this pet groomers my dog got an infection on the tip of his ears.. I have never taken him to this pet salon it was my first time because the groomers I always go to was on vacation. Never again will I take him to another pet salon unless it's the fabulous pets. Le bone pet spa charges you for everything to keep a dog in a room or a cage. To me they are about money. I took my dog about 3 times to this place. The first time they did a great job and my I picked my dog up within a few hours. The last 2 visits my dog was there until almost 6:30. This is completely unacceptable. After dropping my dog off around 9:45am it should not take an entire day to do grooming. I think they are running a factory like grooming service. Not for me and my dog. Took my business elsewhere. read more

Le bone spa provides stellar service. I have had a history with past groomers as my French/English bulldog is very sensitive to nail trims and gets extremely stressed. But the staff at Le Bone are gentle and he always leaves after a bath with a smile on his face. They also cater to any specific bath requirements (sensitive skin etc). I would recommend this establishment to anyone with pet grooming needs. read more

I will not take my pet there anymore. Took five hours. Your crazy or you don't care about your pet. That's too long for a small animal

I have used this business for a year and never had any problems. The only thing I don't like is that they don't take appointment so sometimes I will drop my dogsoff at 8am and they won't be ready to 5. My dogs are also very thirty when they come home, I hope they are giving them water read more

Great, great service ! Coco loves this place ! They really take good care of our babies !! Live this place

What a huge disappointment!!! We took our three dogs today for their grooming to this place. Our designer dogs have a lot of hair which is what makes them beautiful. It is only our second time there. Our first experience was so, so , but being business owners ourselves, we decided to give them another try. Little did we know that this time it would be worse than what we could have ever imagined. When we dropped the dogs off this morning, we discussed what the dogs needed and agreed that a haircut was in order. Now, from a hair cut to a total, meaning 100%, body shave, there is a huge difference. A beautiful dog looks like he just came from a shelter. The groomer claims that I instructed him to do that. Is he kidding?!?!? I gave specific instructions and we agreed to a specific plan that did not included a total body shave! We are totally angered by this place and their ineptitude towards such as a simple chore. Grooming a dog is not rocket science . It takes care and attention to detail without defaulting to the quickest way to make a buck. Needless to say, those were the last $135.00 they will ever make off of us. If you are looking for a place to have your dog groomed, I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. If you don't, who knows how your pet will end up looking after being groomed at this bucket shop. UPDATE After my review of the horrible experience we had, the business owner himself chose to write me an email demanding that I remove the review and proceeding to accuse me of not maintaining my dogs and telling me to go buy a brush. Well, the reality is that the last time my dogs were groomed was at this place. In addition claiming that I used "profanity language" and "publicly filthy". Again that is factually incorrect and yet another misleading accusation by a dishonest business person. In fact, those terms are not even correct use of the English language. Such alleged email exchange is not even part of the public feedback. Regardless, my feedback is based on the horrendous experience at this business and is only meant to provide others with my opinion. In addition, I will included pictures of an abrasion and a laceration that my dog suffered during his unapproved "shave". Again, if you need to have your dog professionally groomed, I encourage you to go elsewhere. read more

We take our Flash to get groomed here. We love the convience of no appointments. When we feel he needs to be groomed, we just drop him off. They know the appropriate cuts for his breed and suggest to gret trimmed or not. I'm giving this business owner 5 stars for defending his business. He has contacted me thru direct message demanding answers about my post. I have explained to him that this is not the way to handle his business and he keeps coming for me. I'll pray that this person takes a breath, a step back and realizes that no one wants to spend their money at a business where the owner is confrontational, disrespectful and harsh. If anything you should at least meet with him and tour his facility before making your appointment. He probably has a good side and works hard if he is so intent on having a battle of words with me to defend his business. read more
