This is my first time getting false lashes professionally applied and it was a great experience!!! Kristina is so sweet and gentle. You also have the option of getting cuddly and staying warm under a blanket as she applies your lashes for only 1-1.5 hours. They are absolutely beautiful and I will be a returning client. You can see my natural lashes, in the before photo, are so blonde they are barely noticeable. The lashes give me so much confidence when I'm not wearing any other makeup on my face. This was my first time at this salon. I live in the neighborhood and was looking for a place nearby to get my eyelashes done. I've had eyelash extensions in the past and was never too happy with the results. Either they weren't thick enough or they irritated my eyes so badly that I would find myself plucking them out. I decided to try again because I had a great deal with Groupon and found a salon super close to me. I called to make an appointment and Kristine was very warm and sweet on the phone. She was also very sweet in person and she asked me what type of look I wanted. I told her I would like thicker and curly. Kristine was so gentle! She also played relaxing music, I could have dozed off easily. I had my eyelashes done 3 or 4 days ago and so far there is no irritation. The picture I posted is a picture I took today. Kristine also does eyebrow threading, that will probably be my next appointment! All in all, a good experience. Though Kristina was gentle and sweet, the quality of my eyelashes are not good at all. I expected Mink (false advertisement) instead I got fake looking lashes. My eyelashes would have been better if I would have gone to the drugstore and bought them there. I'm very disappointed and upset because I got them done for the holidays. Now I'm going to have to walk around and try to hide my eyes. (Yes, that's how bad/fake they look.) You can also still see the glue on my top lid. read more
