Her pricing is VERY reasonable compared to other salon's I've researched in LA and the quality of her work is superb. For appointments, It's easy to schedule a time and date through text. I like to go around every 2 months after the lashes completely fall straight. To keep them healthy, I just lash serum nightly and have absolutely no damage from the perm. Appointment goes for about an hour long, sometimes a little over depending on how long your lashes need to sit with the chemical for. It's a painless and easy process. For parking, there is free parking all day (with her receipt that you can show the parking guy) in the small plaza where her salon is located on the 3rd floor. You'll see Daiso when you enter the lot. There's also street parking around which can be packed. Another alternative is parking down the e next block next to Marshalls, Sushi Stop, Matcha Village which is free with no validation needed. Highly recommend going to Saiko if you are interested in lash perm!

I…read morepurchased her groupon and was so excited. this was my first time doing eyelash extensions , but something I have wanted to do for so long. first of all, this witch never answers her phone. like ever. I tried so many times to no avail. so I contact groupon. only after that she finally texts me back in a very poor manner. I let it go. I make the appointment and go in. she is extremely unwelcoming, didnt greet a new client, didn't say hi and just said 'close the door'. no please or anything. I go sit in chair, assuming to, and she says 'can we get this started?'. what!!! I came an hour early at her request, changing my schedule to be accommodating and she's rude rught when I walk in!! ok so she does the lashes. while doing them, and again my first time, I had a few questions. she basically tells me to shut up, making it so uncomfortable, that I was silent until she was done. she finished and I did think they looked pretty BUT ... less than 24 hours later they start falling out. so, of course I reach out to her. who wouldn't? I sent a couple texts, one which I asked her if she could fix them, and she responds saying no. like straight up. I replied just saying so I they will be like this, looking bad , for the next 2 realizing she blocked me!! blocked for asking her a couple questions? come to today, less than 48 hours later, and I wake up to 99% of the lashes gone. I text her and call but she has me blocked so I go to her website and just make an appointment. then she decides to unblock me, cancel my appointment and send me a very insulting text message. like i did something to her. I was shocked and i still am. I could not believe her message and her treatment. I have the proof of all of this! I am extremely disappointed, insulted and disgusted by her behavior. who treats a client , especially a new one, in such a poor manner? DO NOT GO TO HER!! DO NOT! her prices are good but she's a witch and it doesn't last anyway.

I did not get residue left over or a bad reaction, but my lashes are now super over processed, damaged, and brittle. They are so thin and sparse now I'm devastated. (This did not happen the first time) It was a noticeable difference. The brow lamination also caused my brows to feel very dry. Other than ... I noticed the hair she plucked out !! Why would she take a giant chunk of hair from the inner corner of my brow ?? It was not like that before my appointment and it was immediately like that after. Maybe she didn't pluck but something happened. I don't understand... anyway. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
