music is always waaaaay too loud, makes me never want to come back. super frustrating

Just got my best haircut in the past 1+ year of living in Denver from Chantelle Jaquez. Good convo and good cut! Definitely a win! Coming back!!! read more

Nah paying $35 for what was done to my head is crazy. My sideburns are blotchy and not even in a straight line. I have hairs that were missed during the cut that are very obvious which is crazy because it was the longest haircut I've ever gotten. Fr this was so bad my gf dumped me. My boss fired me. Landlord evicted me. My hairline is so bad idk if shaving all my hair off could even fix this. The fact she could look me in the face and not laugh asking me to pay her was insane. I tipped 20% because I'm nice but I can't say I haven't thought about the $7 extra I paid. Next time you think about coming here let the youngest person you know shave your head blindfolded in the back of a monster truck mid flip and I swear it will look better. Though I will say the shampoo smelt nice. Other than that 0.7/10 read more

Service is always great everyone is super friendly. Price is also great compared to most other places. I've been going here for about 7 years and let me tell you I'll keep coming just because it's one of the best. Yes sometimes you might have to wait extra which is rare but accidents happen we are human not dam machines so stop complaining. Place is clean, comfortable, great music and they always got tvs going on with movies or shows l. 10/10 read more

Ever since my husband had an amazing haircut from a Dominican barber in New York, he has been on the hunt for a barber shop of the same quality/style in CO. Well, we think we found them! Le Barbershop was a great experience. He luckily was able to get a same day appointment and came back looking amazing and HAPPY. Given that his last experience at a Rooster's was abysmal and that he is picky about his haircuts, I was pleasantly pleased. What shocked me most was that he let the barber touch his beard. As most men are, my husband is very protective of who shapes up his beard. However, the person who cut his hair earned his trust and executed itperfectly. Honestly, the place is a little far from us but worth the drive. It's his new go-to shop and he will never be letting anyone else touch his hair again. Thank you, Le Barbershop for keeping my man looking fine! read more

They have great cuts and I come here every 2 weeks and they always do a good job! 5 Stars read more

Le Barbershop - Waiting Area - Barbers Near Me - Edgewater, Colorado

Easy to call in for an appointment, great clean space, excellent attention to detail during cuts. $25, all you need in a barbershop!

Went to Le Barbershop for the first time yesterday and got my haircut by Lou. He did a FANTASTIC job! I have been trying to find my go-to barber since moving to Denver and I can officially say I have him! I gave him a quick overview of what I was looking for, and he nailed it perfectly. Also, for the price of $25 for a haircut and shave, it is the best deal in town. I have had other haircuts in Denver for $35 and $40. Go to Lou, he will do a great job! read more

First impression was the place was very clean and welcoming. Alicia gave me the cleanest cut I've had in a while definitely going back.

Great place! I may have found my new go-to spot to get my hairs cut. After getting an appointment cancelled by one of the Proper barbers 30 mins before i was supposed to be there, I decided to give somewhere else a try. The name Le Barber is a little deceiving, but three 4 star reviews and an opening 45 mins after I called, sealed the deal. Lou is a good dude. He really cares about your hair and how you look when you leave. He doesn't have a 4" long hipster beard, or $5,000 worth of tattoo sleeves. He also doesn't act like he's superior or snicker when you tell him that you use a hair product they don't sell, or badmouth his customers when they leave...if that's your deal, stick to Proper. But, if you want to support a really nice guy, who gives a damn about your hair, you should definitely check out Lou. read more

Set aside time for my "12:30" appointment. sat around for 30 mins waiting for a cut. After being told I was next after a gentleman getting his cut. Will not be going back simply because they can't value time. Unprofessional . read more

Stopped by to see if they had a opening all the had was a 3:30pm appt and don't do walk ins. We confirmed a 3:30pm appt and they gave me a had written 30% discount for first hair cut ticket. Show up at 3:25 and said we never booked it. In not a person to complain or write reviews but I have a funeral coming up and really needed a haircut. read more

Just moved here from Boston, trying to find a good barbershop local to me. The word around town is that Le Barbershop is the place to be, and I gotta say, after experiencing it for myself, the word is no lie. I called in to see if an appointment was necessary or if they could accept walk-ins at that time, and they had an appointment available for the time I needed, so I booked it and went right over. As some other reviews mention, Lu is no joke. I am one of those people that never knows what they need, but he took care of me and did a fantastic job, and people have already complimented the cut. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to for future cuts. read more

Jaz has always taken care of me. She came as a referral from a friend, I'm so thankful to share her with other women and men. I had never been to a barbershop before only a women's salon. I'm loving the switch and she's always making sure I'm comfortable. I had a few cuts before doing color for a big trip abroad. Again, nailed it. If you are a woman or a man who hasn't been to a shop before, give them a call. I see all walks of life come in and everyone getting what they need. Much love to you guys! read more

Haircuts are always great. Customer service is always great. Shop is had a clean and relaxing feel.

If you need a simple haircut this place could work for you. I had a one star experience but I believe overall the place deserves three. I booked an appointment requesting one person and I arrived finding out it was someone else. I'm not picky about haircuts so I proceeded. My hair is F'd now. I told him the haircut I wanted. 15 minutes later there was no going back. He forgot the haircut I requested and chopped off my hair. When he realized he tried to tell me to explain my haircut better by regurgitating exactly what I told him in the first place. He did recall eventually what I told him and admitted his wrong doing. The result was nowhere close to my request. The hand was heavy and aggressive with clippers bumping my head around and snagging my ears on multiple occasions. Haircuts are usually relaxing for me except in this case. I'm guessing he was preoccupied with something personal as he was texting during my appt. he cut the price in half of the haircut. I paid $10 + tip to ruin my hair I worked on growing out the last six months. I didn't think this would upset me so much. I walked out the door assuring him it was ok as I took a barrage of apologies. But now I wake up every morning and look at myself like... WTF read more

Chantel gives some of the best cuts in town. She knows how to execute any style you may want and always goes over and above what I ask for. She's has a great personality, and very sociable. Here's a suggestion in case you catch her in the morning with the first cut of the day or as I call it ...FRESH HANDS, make sure you tip her really well cause after you catch those "fresh hands" your gonna feel like a strait pimp and that's real talk! Over all its a really great shop all three Barbers are the best in town, this place never disappoints..... from Lu, Chantel, AJ everyone here is of great help. The location is great. Located in front of Sloans Lake and conveniently located next to a dispensary lol they play great music and this place always has a relaxing feel. Come down get a fresh cut relax and forget your weeks stress with some good company #FreshHands #CoconutOil #WeedLube read more

Have got my hair cut 3x here because I did like the haircut, but for a place that only does appointments I wasn't too pleased all 3 times I had to wait 15-30 min past my scheduled time. And it only takes 15 min to cut my hair... read more

I got a haircut here from Chantelle Jaquez and it was not only the worst haircut I've ever gotten, but the worst haircut experience. For starters, I wanted a simple fohawk, nothing crazy, just a little longer on top. She gave me a unicorn style point that made me look like Philip J Fry from Futurama, it was at least a full inch longer and only went back from the front of my head 2 inches. And she continuously and literally kept slapping me in the face with her comb and pulling my hair. And she combed my hair like she was trying to scrape the skin off my scalp. read more

If you're looking for a talented, old-school barber, Lu is it. He is the real deal, razor shave, fades, hard parts, etc. Etc. My man and son get CONSTANT complements by strangers about their cuts. Worth the drive, wherever you're coming from. read more

Lou is an amazing barber! He takes his time and is very talented. My son literally won't go anywhere else and he's 12 if that says anything! Thanks for always being superb at your craft! read more

All around great little place. Lu is a young guy that started his own little shop and I love to give my business to that kind of place. He was referred to me by a good friend that's used him for years. The shop is small, but comfortable and clean. Lu's worked on a few different styles for me and all were done really well. read more

Lu is a real barber first of all, I found his place a couple months ago and he's new in business. I love having my hair cut by a real barber and a dude. Nothing against chicks but to them short is just a quick uneven cut typically, Lu knows how to cut short hair. I don't even know what else to say about it, he's good, I like it and he uses a razor to shave your neck. Besides this he makes fun conversation and takes his time, I highly recomend getting a cut by Lu. read more

Possibly the worst haircut I've ever had. I don't think Jaz listened to a word I said. I wanted a simple trim, and she cut nearly all my hair off. She also manipulated my look in such a way that I can only comb it to one side. I now have an awkward part and an uneven look. I'm tempted to just shave it off. Also, the small-talk was torture. read more

Out of all of the years of going anywhere to get my haircut this is my favorite place ever! I usually get my haircut from Chantelle perfect cut every time!... They are a professional fun and friendly staff to all ages. I don't write a lot of reviews and I've been going here a few years but I wanted to thank each and every single one of the staff members to show my appreciation to them. Thank you to all of the staff! #Blessed read more

Finally found my go to barber place. Came here based on yelp reviews. Clean shop and they really do emphasize on quality service. Atmosphere was very chill and welcoming too. Stick to Supercuts if you're looking for the below average and cookie cutter type of haircut. I live kinda far but the drive here was well worth it. Couldn't be any happier with the service and results. Will be back soon! read more

I've been living in Denver for almost a year. I've been to countless barbers and I've been completely dissatisfied. Came here and now I no longer have to go three locations to get a haircut, beard trim and an eyebrow wax. Chantelle is the truth and comparable to my Dominican barber in Chicago. read more

Mediocre cut, the service wasn't that great. For the same price I would definitely go somewhere else.

If you're looking for a professional barber haircut, go see Lu. I was a great clips/ super cuts kind of guy until I stumbled upon this place. Even after the lady repeated back what I asked for she still didn't get it right, I guess you can only get one style of haircut here? The loudly painted orange walls must be there to distract you from the poor work being done on your hair. Not impressed at all. read more
