The second time I went there, my room was dirty, and the staff was rude to me for literally no reason. The third time I went there I was exactly 9 minutes late and they refused to honor my appointment. Even though there was a snowstorm. When I begged and pleaded and asked for them to make an exception, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me and wouldn't budge, even though I know they had appointments available based on the calendar availability on their website. Shouldn't it be an 8 minute grace period if by minute 9 you're too late? I guess math is hard for some people. I'm sure down the road when I get closer to being done with appointments (it usually takes anywhere from 6-12 sessions) it might have a bit more discomfort but you work your way up to that and honestly the results are worth it. I am honestly just mad at myself that I didn't start this process sooner!! If you do Brazilian waxes you can do this easy! Also they do a cool promo for your first time getting a discount.
