We had the crab Rangoon, wonton tacos, & pork Ramen. All very good. We will be back for more Ramen for sure great option for dairy and gluten free with rice noodles.

The food at Le Bao is delicious. I went with the classic pork ramen which had fried pork belly, corn, bean sprouts and egg in it. One thing I noticed was a shrimp tail in this which was not ideal however. I would get this again. I also got the pork and kimchi bao this was a little overpriced and I probably wouldn't get it again. The bao was about 3-4 bites of food and $7. Atmosphere was standard for a ramen shop with a nice outdoor seating area. Service was pretty quick and worker was nice. I would return again.

Pork Belly Bun. Go for it if you like limp and barely edible pork belly.

I wanted to love this. I really did. I am nuts about bao but the BBQ pork was missing the bbq. A little hoisin would have gone a loooong way. (I could only eat 2 bites.) I also ordered the pork belly bun. Nope. I may have had 2 bites. I wish the pork belly had some crisp (or grilled even) to it. Instead it was limp and, frankly, gross. The gyoza were pretty good but the sauce was a salt bomb. (These I actually finished.) Maybe they were having an off night? Idk. I just hate that I can't get my $$ back.

Spicy edamame vegetable curry bao and sweet Korean pancake. Bao was good if not a little strange. Edamame was really good but I wish it were spicier. But you don't usually get that in the Midwest. My grandpa loved the pancake but it wasn't my cup of tea. Workers were nice and efficient

I LOVE this Le Bao!!!! It's located on the outskirts of downtown Como, so I feel like it goes unnoticed, but it shouldn't because its sooooo good. It's very casual, you order at the counter, but the food does not taste casual or like "fast food" at all. You can tell a lot of effort goes into making everything on their menu. I've tried a few different things from here: Vegetable Gyoza: Very good, but not my favorite thing I've tried. Ramen: Super authentic & huge portion, I had leftovers. Someone once told me the owner traveled around before opening to find the best ramen, so they could make theirs taste just as good & authentic. Not sure if that's true, but either way they nailed it. Vegetable Curry Bao Bun: Super soft and flavorful!!! The curry one specifically was kinda dry on the inside, I think because there isn't a ton of sauce inside this one. Probably wouldn't get this one again, but if you want to try a bao bun I would recommend getting one of the other two options. Tofu Steak & Shrimp Tempura Bun: Saved the best for last! These are my two favorite things I've had from here. They're different from the bao buns because they look more like a taco & they aren't enclosed. I highly recommend getting either of these they taste like a lot of time and attention were put into making them and are a good comfort food. Love both of the sauces that come on them too. Overall, every time I come here it's a 10/10 experience. Can't wait to go back & try more menu items.

Chicken Ramen, fried chicken bun, gyoza vgo, Korean sweet pancake

I had their chicken Ramen, fried chicken bun, gyoza vgo, Korean sweet pancake and the vegetable curry boa. The gyoga vgo was their vegetarian option of their appetizers. The crispness of it, and the dipping sauce made it quite tasty. I will definitely get it again. I wasn't much impressed with their chicken Ramen honestly. The chicken in the Ramen was sparse. The gave me more chili spicy on the side to increase the spicy level to my desired taste. Honestly I feel if they did their fried chicken in their Ramen, it will be a hit! I really enjoyed the fried chicken bun. The fried chicken was done right, crispy and flavor. The cole slaw was also good. The bun had the same texture as a boa. The vegetable curry boa had the authentic curry taste. I wish they had a chicken boa because I like their vegetable curry boa. Their desert option was the korean sweet pancake. It tasted like crescent roll to me. It was sweet and salty with a hint of nutty flavor. I hope to try their smores next time. We did the 2 for dinner option which was 35 dollars, and I felt it was a sizeable portion. We were stuffed when I was done. It's a great opportunity to have a sample of menu choices!

We stopped in for dinner on a week night. This is a fast casual order at the counter place. There is a sign that says they're short staffed so expect long wait times. But it took 50 minutes for our food to come out so we were a bit annoyed, but it's understandable. The food overall was good but not great. We got the family style which was a great value. - Pork ramen (3.5/5): this was the better of the ramens. The pork was shredded so not your typical, but still good flavor. Broth tasted traditional. - Chicken ramen (2/5): I did not like this much. It tasted like chicken noodle soup, not ramen. So more Americanized but definitely does not taste like ramen - Jina's nachos (4/5): these were pretty good! Love the wonton chip crunch. The pulled pork was great on this. - Bulgogi bao, Chinese bbq bun (4/5): also yummy! The baos and buns were better than the ramen overall

AMAZING FOOD! Love this place, we always look forward to trying their stuff. Truly you cannot go wrong.

I really wanted to like this place. Parking is convenient and it's a little out of the busy area of Columbia. The atmosphere and inside are cool. The buns and gyoza were very tasty. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen. Someone said it tasted like chicken noodle soup. I would 100% agree with this except mine had a bunch of sesame oil in it. Maybe it's just me, but sesame oil has a very strong, dominant taste and every bite of my ramen just tasted like sesame oil. The kimchi was tasty and spicy.. But it was missing that "bite" that comes with fermented foods. My order was over $50

Modern asian restaurant just outside of downtown Columbia. Tried a little something of each and the steamed buns were 100% the best. Overall, good service and good food. Only downside is very expensive for the amount of food.

The hostess was amazing and polite. She shared with us that her manager came out and instructed her not to seat us until a table for 5 became available. We had a handicapped party member who was not offered any seating with her walker. I retrieved an unoccupied chair. We were the only Black people in the building, not being seated. After 35 minutes, the polite and gracious hostess got us a table immediately once a party left. She informed us she disagreed with the manager but was yelled at. While our disabled member of our party was in line , she was yelled at by staff. WHILE USING HER WALKER. luckily another patron who saw what was happening helped her into line and made sure her food got cooked so she could eat. She was with her daughter who was helping her, but staff was VERY INSENSITIVE and watched her struggle to walk while our party helped. I'm leaving one star because people of color and handicapped people in the restaurant were refused help. Staff at this store would benefit from sensitivity training and basic customer service and people skills. Not to mention, I had to go to find someone to refill our drinks. We've been here several times. It's going in the wrong direction.
