My food was room temperature and very bitter. I think the chili oil was rancid. I asked the waitress if this is normally a bitter dish, she shrugged. I asked if they could remake the dish given how fast it came out and how bitter it was, I was told that anything ordered at level 5 is as is and there are no exceptions. I was sick for the rest of the night into the following day with bitter heartburn and gastrointestinal distress. I eat level 5 food daily, I love spicy food. This is not a spice tolerance problem. The service was bad. The food was bad. For a Saturday night diner rush with an empty dining room that should have been my first clue. I will not be going back.
