Horrible, just horrible. First, I get there. NO. AC. AT. ALL. It was literally 97 degrees out, and…read morethey also had the doors open, which made it worse. Started to order, fries, nuggets, a drink, the usual. Oh, and a thing to note, I ordered on the smart-order pad. So, I ordered, well I tried too. Had to order again and again, in total three times because the pad literally said "Error" each time I tried to order. It finally let me ordered and it gave me a ticket? I waited 30 minutes before realizing I had to give the ticket to a worker for the order to go through, which was really dumb as I thought the order would've already been ordered the second I paid for it and it gave no instruction once so ever that I had to give the ticket to the workers. Then, once I finally got my order in, I waited 45 more minutes for my food. Other people that just ordered got their food in no less than 5 minutes while me, who's waited over an hour and a half, still hasn't gotten his food! Seriously, what is this service? Finally, the food came out. Now, there was still one small problem, it was seating. Downstairs, no seating. Upstairs, no seating. Luckily, a family had just been finishing up and was leaving once I got upstairs, so now I could finally have some seating. I opened up the food, very disappointing. The drink had no ice and was barely cold, the nuggets tasted horrible, and fries had no salt while being incredibly soggy. Overall this place was a dump. If you hate bad food, horrible ambience, and slow service then DON'T go here. But, if you would like a horrendous, sickening, and awful experience, you might like this place! :D
