It's definitely a popular location to get food. With the automated ordering kiosks and a separate…read moresection for pastries and desserts, the looks is more like a European patisserie or bakery. Food is certainly not as inexpensive as American McDonalds but you can get a decent breakfast combo for about 3.50 Euro a person. They have a few options. Dinner is a little pricier. If you're an American and never been to Europe before, don't expect coffee sizes to be even adequate compared to what you're used to back home and don't expect amazing service that's expected in a fast food place. Most of the coffee is a lot of expressos served in small cups that might seem a little expensive compared to what you get in America. The European culture especially here in France is that people like to take their time, not be rushed, and things go a lot slower. This placed tends to get packed during dinner hours and you see a lot of French youth packing the place and the staff struggling to keep pace. My recommendation is that if you live close to this location that it's good for breakfast when it opens at 7:30. Especially if you don't want to go to local French pastry places for breakfast if they don't serve egg and all that. Dinner is when you should go explore the city and take in the local places whether it's native French cuisine or any other cuisine and for the price and chance of it being packed, you're better off going elsewhere and walking around for your dinner. Here it depends on the location and the person taking your order (if they speak English fluently or not) to understand what your needs are. It's not the best McDonalds I've been to but it's not far from what I expect from an European and international location.

You can't even find a single Cambodian restaurant in Chicago, and they have a fast food one here! No fair... My timing must have been just right as the owner walked in and left the door open for me to walk in, and I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with all the options. I got to talk with the owner who took is Cambodian in Khmer. She was a super sweet lady that also left Cambodia the same time my family did. She took pity on me with having just gotten into town and was pick pocketed the day before on the train on my way to Nice, and so I had some Kuy-teav on the house. It was pretty good for fast food. I really enjoyed the soup broth having good flavor even though the noodles and meat was reheated. It's a cool spot as there is a lounge area as well. If I was young this would be the late night spot after a fun night of clubbing. I wish I had thought of getting coffee here with the noodles and some jacquai. If I get a chance to come back though, I certainly will!
