The atmosphere is jumpin', and the service is incredibly attentive. Just how attentive is the service? So attentive that you'll sometimes see the chef taking orders so that customers don't need to wait too long :-) Over and above the wonderful atmosphere and the excellent service, the food they serve here is truly exceptional. We ordered the avocado hummus beef with sesame, as well as the dorada with rice and aubergine. Both dishes were not only delicious, but they were so beautifully plated it was almost a shame to eat them :-) For dessert we had Chantilly cream with little honeycombs and a drizzle of caramel; it was simply Devine! All the prices were incredible reasonable, and the carafe of house Bordeaux we shared was wonderful. About the only downside of this place is the fact that their quality is apparently very well known in the area, so it's highly advisable to make reservations!

I ordered a veal ragout, mashed potatoes with oregano, and a mocktail. Girlfriend ordered the ratatouille, salad, and lemonade. Ratatouille was basically a vegetable medley and super flavorful and delicious with the bread. Lemonade was light and not like the usual overly sweet ones. Mashed potatoes was creamy and packed with dried oregano that was delicious. Veal ragout is rich yet not too fatty or oily. Everything is served in cute mason jars of different sizes. Worth checking out for the unique experience!

Honestly, one of my favorite meals of the whole trip because it was just so fresh and such a cool atmosphere?? You are surrounded by the plants and the restaurant is built directly into the mountain basically. The service was amazing and we split the goat cheese salad, and the chicken sandwich. Truly, the best chicken sandwich I've ever had because they used really good French cheese and everything is just so fresh. The food was excellent and tasted like nothing else we've had. Truly, we all loved it. Service was great, ambiance was nice, the vibe was cool and they had menus in English and spoke very well! We came for brunch but would've loved to have been able to come more before we left - but we're happy we got to squeeze 1 meal in. Anytime I come back to Nice, I'll be here. My only complaint is it got quite hot and they just relied on having the front door open. Americans aren't used to no AC so it got a bit uncomfortable but we were also in the front window with the sun on us so maybe don't sit in direct sunlight if it's a concern. Nonetheless, no reason to deduct stars or not return! Happy eating!
