I ordered delivery through Grubhub. My first time and I wasn't impressed at all. I ordered 5 piece wing subbed shrimp fried rice. And 6 piece egg roll. First the chicken looked like it was fried twice, hard and salty. The rice was old and dry only cup size portion other give you at least half the container. The presentation was poor. i am in LOVEEEEEEE with the Cajun Fried Rice at this location! i stumbled upon this small little spot last year (2023) when i was craving seafood but also chinese food BUT I avoid anything with an egg and rice mixture, not settling for me. this place has just that! the normal shrimp fried rice with egg and the Cajun Fried Rice with no egg. i came here and the service was so humbling and warm. the woman at the front was very inviting and helpful. i went back recently with a friend who never tried this place and yes, i had to get my usual AND yes, i officially put my friend on to one of the best places to eat in Houston. thank you to everyone @ Le Seafood! this is officially my first year with you guys and I won't be looking back at any boring & regular shrimp fried rice places! read more

Yesterday ordered the etoufee with rice and the 2pc catfish with salad. The fish was ok fried hard but not enough seasoning. The etoufee was inedible absolutely too spicy. I walked in again on a hot day off the strength of the shrimp in my last review. I got the 10 piece spicy buffalo wings lunch order for $10. I've been looking for a replacement for Buffalo Wild Wings for a while, and this place is the best I've tried for my area so far. The spicy element, I would call more Cajun style. It's not crazy hot, but it's enough to make your sinuses start to run. They are hot temperature wise, so be careful. Your mouth can get burned. Flavor wise, I've had wings from other restaurants that were much hotter, but the flavor and aftertaste were way off. The flavor here was pretty good. The chicken was juicy, with more of a roast chicken crispiness rather than a battered and deep fried crispiness, and I prefer that to any glorified chicken nugget that some people try to pass off as boneless wings. They also had vegetable spring rolls which I got, and they tasted good. Reminded me of typical Chinese American spring rolls. They are also a steam pocket. Break them in half before you blow on them, and ideally, have a drink nearby. read more

This is a new restaurant/fish market that has recently opened on Antoine. It is in a low rent strip center. The interior is pretty basic with a small fish cooler for their fish market part and a counter to order from for the restaurant. Inside they have seating for approximately 20. The vast majority of the menu items are fried seafood. Last night I stopped by for dinner and ordered the #21 which is 3 fish and 6 medium size shrimp with fries combination dinner for $9.99. I also opted for a can of Diet Coke for $.75. The food came out about 15 minutes later in a styrofoam container. First of all, everything was hot and fresh. I rated the food as follows: fried fish was a 4. It was fried properly with a light non greasy taste. I thought it was very good. The shrimps had a semi crusty exterior that was good. I liked them and rated them as a 3.5. The fries were your basic frozen fries out of a bag. These always disappoint me as I wish restaurants would be more inventive with hand cut fries or double fried fries, etc. these were a 2 in my opinion. I didn't eat them all. The meal also came with a slice of white bread. They only had tartar sauce in small containers and no cocktail sauce. I therefore decided to use ketchup which I like. They had one ketchup container for the entire restaurant. Fortunately for me no one else was using it. While I was there I noticed an extremely friendly rapport by the people behind the counter with their customers myself included. I can tell they really appreciate their customers who are primarily from the surrounding neighborhood. Another note to tell you is that their prices are quite low. Most of the items are under $10. Food quantities are above average. In summary, I think the fish is really good, the shrimp are good and the fries lacking. This is more of a to go restaurant than an eat in due to the lack of amenities. If you live in the area this is a good place to come get some inexpensive, good food and take it home. It is not a destination restaurant for those of you who aren't in the area. By the way they stay open till 7 pm on week nights and 8 pm on Friday and Saturday. read more

This place has really improved. I have enjoyed their lunch specials during Lent, BUT if you are watching your salt intake make sure you order without salt! They double salt everything. My son and I visited Le 2 Seafood Restaurant about an hour ago. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I drove from Greenspoint to Antione bcuz the reviews were all nice and the pictures of the food was beautiful in color.. The owner gave me free delicious fresh fruits !!! I must say we will return next week. I ordered shrimp, fried chicken and fish, lemon pepper wings onion rings fries sodas and egg rolls. I spent $44 by choice, but every thing there is really cheat. This establishment was really run-down. The only type of fish they serve is Tilapia and Catfish. The inside was extremely dirty and if this were located in a different part of town, I'm sure they would be shut down for code violations. So I decided to order from this place today so that I could use my coupon that I get from the Yelp Eat24 app, and it's only 10 minutes from my workplace. I decided to order two of the smaller meals so that I can sample a few items. Let's start with the first dish 3 wings and fries. STAY AWAY from the chicken wings. They were terrible! They weren't seasoned properly and they were fried too hard. They were super dry and not appealing at all. I also go the 1 fish with 4 medium shrimp and fries. I opted for the catfish, but they have other types that can be selected. They use a cornmeal coating for the fish, and it was very good. It was still hot when I got back to work. The fish was seasoned well and was crispy. Definitely the highlight of my meal! They shrimp tasted good, but they were kinda small. I would say that it would be a one bite shrimp. Despite the size they were tasty as well. The fries are mediocre but I just put some salt, pepper and ketchup on them and they weren't that bad. Each meal came with a piece of white bread, which is good if you are a bread eater. Aside from the food there was a small incident that happened when I picked up my order. Whenever I use the Eat24 app I always pay ahead using Paypal. When I arrived I informed the young lady that I had already paid using the app. Her mother, I'm assuming, said no she pays now. I would have appreciated if she had just looked up my order again instead of my going back out to my car to retrieve my phone to show them my receipt. After coming back from my car she did in fact inform me that she was mistaken, unfortunately there was no apology given. I understand that sometimes you have to be careful when it comes to customers trying to steal from your business, but I feel as though she didn't initially do her part to confirm payment. Excellent food! This place is a pure throwback. It features fresh seafood, cheap lunch specials, you buy we fry specials, and more. This business is family run and everyone is so friendly. Even when there were difficult customers in the dining area during our visit, the owner operators never stopped smiling and providing some of the best service I have had in years!
