She and Clay came out to go over what I wanted and then she went and drew it up and sent me an estimate. Originally they said the beginning of January for availability but that quickly changed. They completed other jobs more quickly than anticipated and started mine the week before Christmas. I didn't have a huge job in terms of size but it was time-consuming due to the removal of a tree and an exsisting stump and the only access to the backyard is through my house. They put down tarps and were very respectful of my house. All of the guys were friendly and polite and worked hard to get the job accomplished. I felt like they quoted me very reasonably for the amount of work required. They did the entire backyard in 2 days and the front yard in half of the 3rd day. Started on Wednesday and were finished by 1045 on Friday. It looks great! Something I can absolutely enjoy now.

We set an appointment for an estimate on our yard for June 27 @ 4pm. The appointed time arrived and Ricardo/Albuquerque Landscapes was a no-show...no phone call, text or email to advise us that they were not coming. Please don't ask customers to plan around your schedule and be home at a certain time, then not bother to show up or alert them to changes. For now I would say steer clear of this business!

After reading a review left from MIA landscape company Zia Valley reached out to me. Mario came out, listened, offered a reasonable estimate after we decided on trees and was hired. He kept good communication and showed up when he said they would. They did a great job, removed 2 shrubs, planted 5 trees and a shrub, and finished by making sure my irrigation system was operating efficiently.
