0 Stars We trusted this company to complete landscaping work…read moreafter previously using them for trash-hauling services, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work did not match the price we were quoted, and communication was consistently poor. Days would go by without updates, and the workers never followed a consistent schedule. During the project, our block wall was damaged by a tractor, along with our plumbing cleanouts. The crew was not respectful of our property, and we had to meet with the owner three separate times to address our concerns. He also ordered turf without providing samples or obtaining our approval beforehand. The company was supposed to complete two concrete pads, but the work was canceled three times because no one showed up. The concrete subcontractor informed us he had not been paid, despite us already giving Trenton a deposit for the job. We fired Trenton. The job was not completed. We are currently waiting on a refund that was mutually agreed upon, yet Trenton has stopped returning calls. He told us it would be ready over a month ago, and we still have not received it. Poor quality work with no integrity. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. If we had done our research we would have found a landscaper that would do really high quality work for less.

Have you tried to schedule movers within three days at the end of the month?…read more It's tough! But Adam (scheduler) and Trey (owner) made it happen and customer service is 5/5 stars. The good: The movers who helped us out were very quick and…read moreefficient, as well as being quite friendly. They put up protective padding on the walls and hallways to prevent damage at the pickup location and we felt very at-ease. In addition to the two movers, the business owner, Trey, came to check up on the progress twice during our move, once at pickup and once at drop off. The bad: At the drop off location, the movers did not put up the protective padding that they had placed at the pickup location, which resulted in some minor wall and paint damage. We also had several items damaged in the move, including one (cheap particle board) desk that had its entire leg snapped off. The level of damage was not outside of the realm of what we expected, but it was a bit frustrating nonetheless. The takeaway: This company offers honest pricing and hardworking employees. Be aware that this company prefers to "fix" the damage themselves rather than issue refunds or reimbursements. We were able to negotiate a reimbursement for the broken desk, as we decided to fix the other damage ourselves, but this took some time as I had trouble getting my calls and emails returned for about a week. My suggestion to the company would be to improve its communication following the move to bring it up to par with the excellent communication DURING the job. Overall I am happy with the work Trey and his team did, but there's room for improvement where communication is concerned.

Arborscapes Landscaping was recommended to me by a friend who had work done in his yard. I sent an…read moreinquiry which Jesse responded to quickly. She and Clay came out to go over what I wanted and then she went and drew it up and sent me an estimate. Originally they said the beginning of January for availability but that quickly changed. They completed other jobs more quickly than anticipated and started mine the week before Christmas. I didn't have a huge job in terms of size but it was time-consuming due to the removal of a tree and an exsisting stump and the only access to the backyard is through my house. They put down tarps and were very respectful of my house. All of the guys were friendly and polite and worked hard to get the job accomplished. I felt like they quoted me very reasonably for the amount of work required. They did the entire backyard in 2 days and the front yard in half of the 3rd day. Started on Wednesday and were finished by 1045 on Friday. It looks great! Something I can absolutely enjoy now.
