We walked in and were warmly greeted by the bartender/server. Water and menus were immediately given, as well as some complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Everything on the menu looked so good, but I already knew I wanted the Bailey's brownie. My boyfriend got the banana split. After a short while our desserts arrived and I couldn't wait to dive in. The brownie was the perfect mixture of caramel and chocolate and mixed in with the ice cream was the cherry on top. I relished each bite and my palate was more than satisfied once I finished. In addition to the decadent dessert was the stellar service. Our water was always filled and it was a great experience. I'll def be coming back for my future brownie fix!

Between the two visits we go the Mocha Chocolate Chip, two Hank's Original, Banana Pudding, Key Lime, and a mini-Almond Cappuccino twice. The Almond Cappuccino is my go-to flavor and it is awesome. Creamy with that coffee flavor! The Banana Pudding was a great flavor for a cheesecake, so creamy and a great touch with the vanilla wafer on top. (Nov 6, 2021) They have a menu but it shows certain things on it. Their slushees are good but you always pay a different price because they always have different size cups. Not chopped/sliced or anything. UPDATE: I go back on Nov. 12, 2021 paid cash (@2:58) and was told 15 mins waited 20 mins just to find out my order wasn't placed at all AGAIN & I had to wait because they don't do refunds. I love to give black owned businesses a chance but more than likely I am always met with disappointment. You have to pay for your order over the phone, so naturally you would expect your food to be ready when you get there. That's not the case. Not only is it not prepared, there is only one line to be serviced at so you have to wait behind people who haven't placed an order. When I arrived the line was to the door. No one was at the register for about 3mins, okay their busy. Get to the counter we have to wait an addtl 8mins for food. Okay their busy. I pay for a banana pudding that is priced online for 5$ I am charged 7$ didn't notice til I looked at my receipt on the way home. The prices need to be updated on all platforms!!! We finally get our food the "Saturday Special" it comes with a burger, cheese fries & 5 party wings. 1st thing I notice is that we don't have cheese on our fries. Goes back up to the register. She says "we're out of cheese" and that was it. She didn't offer to take the money off, a complementary item, nothing. I asked for a receipt. Come to find out adding sauce to your wings is an addt 1.50$ that we weren't made aware of. I had about 10 French fries on my plate. My burger was burnt and barely fit the size of my bun. I had a half slice of tomatoe and a slither of lettuce. We spent almost 100$ on maybe 30$ worth of food. My cousin was so displeased with the service she sold her plate to a man in the line that couldn't get food because they were" sold out" of everything an hour before they closed. They had no signage posted. Nothing posted on their instagram to informs customers ahead of time. I called today to see if they would reconcile the situation. After voicing all my concerns the manager asked me what she could do to which I replied , I'll take a refund or they can remake the food. She sounds like she was going to offer a refund but had to check with the owner because again we spent close to 100$ . She came back to the phone to say that they could remake the food next Saturday b/c they only have that special on that day and she would pin my receipt to make sure everyone was aware. In hindsight I would've preferred to have my money back b/c who's to say the same thing won't happen next week or worse after me leaving this review. I doubt I'll return. But this is a lesson learned. Also her excuse for everything is that they were short staffed lol, this crap is laughable at this point .

I was excited to finally try this place even though I was warned about the baklavas being too dry. Sadly that's true. I dint think they are made fresh. They lack syrupy. I understand they don't have much food traffic but cutting down on the types of baklava and freshly making them should solve that problem. Probably the second worst baklava I've had out here. I see why they make shakes though. Since they don't sell ans have leftover stock. We initially sat down to eat but it was so awkward that there's no music and so quiet. My husband said they don't vacuum between the chairs which were full of crumbs. We eventually got our food to go. The second issue is the food. We got a sucuk flatbread and ans egg pide. This is not a pide, it's just pizza bread. Cheese is mozzarella, should have been beyaz cheese. Middle eastern cuisine doesn't use this cheese. My egg was raw and just throw in a corner. Could have saved myself money by just getting domino's, at least my food would be cooked. If you want quality, try Balkan treat box, Aya Sofia or Garbanzo. I would also like to state that there is one employee that works front and back. I didn't see him washing his hands once going back into the kitchen to handle my food. Seems like there a big hygiene issue

I kept it simple and ordered a plain Liège waffle, and I'm really glad I did. It was served warm, right off the griddle, with a perfectly crispy exterior while still having that dense, chewy texture you get from the brioche-style dough. The Belgian pearl sugar caramelized throughout the waffle, adding little clusters of sweetness and an extra bit of crunch with each bite. It was perfectly sweet all on its own and honestly didn't need any toppings or extras. They had plenty of delicious-looking specialty options if you're looking for something more indulgent, but I loved being able to really taste the waffle itself.
