They had to come back a second time because things were missed, 2 rooms weren't even touched the first round. They did not have the proper cleaning supplies for our job the first time either. They were late the first visit. They had someone that cleaned extremely slow and made it so that we did not have our job done in time for our photographer and he had to wait. Amy was nice and did a good job but unfortunately the person with her held her back because she took so long (3 hours to clean 2 tiny bathrooms that looked clean from the start just needed a wipe down and sanitizing). We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they…read morefixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

Along the way, they noticed a few things that needed attention and called/emailed us immediately to inform us and to see what we wanted to do. Communication was great throughout the entire job. Michael was the main handyman on the job and was wonderful! His attention to detail with the woodworking was excellent. Freddy also helped Michael during the process. I live in a house with me, my husband, 2 dogs and 2 hairless cats. I don't mind sweeping and…read moremopping and I clean my counter tops after I cook and my vanities and toilets once a week. I needed the heavy/deep cleaning done. I was very specific when I sent out a Yelp request that I needed the inside refrigerator done, windows done, inside of stove cleaned, and a "deep cleaning" I needed somebody for a heavy duty deep clean and was hoping for a monthly relationship. I will say Liz and her husband showed up early and began to work. I work from home so I let her know that when she was ready to come into my office let me know and I took the dogs outside and put them in their crate. They were here for a total of two hours, and they started to pack up. At that point, I started to walk around and look at things. The inside of my kitchen sink had not been cleaned, not a single one of the three spare bedrooms had been vacuumed, the dining room table had not been cleaned, there is a flower vase on a black cork protector, that had not been picked up or wiped as I saw debris on it, and the windows and the door in my bedroom were not cleaned. Since these were things I immediately noticed I pointed them out to her and she called her husband back in and did these items. I went around AFTER I paid them and they left, and took the photos I attached. When you request a DEEP clean you would expect the items get done. I posted photos of items, with descriptions of what they are, but I will also point out here what was not done -top of coffee pot had hair and dirt -coffee spills still on counter -towel my cats sit on on my desk was not shaken off (cats eat up here in office and should have been shaken off and debris then vacuumed off of floor. -tub in master bath not cleaned -microwave key pad not cleaned -door frames not wiped down or cleaned -inside fridge not cleaned -one of spare bedrooms not vacuumed -shelf that is open with dishes on it in kitchen not even wiped around open areas - inside of stove not cleaned -chairs in bedroom and coffee nook area covers (which are just blankets) not vacuumed or even taken off and shook off to remove dirt / debris etc -Top of washer and dryer in laundry room not cleaned -windows to interior doors not done -windowsills not wiped down -inside of refrigerator doors and handles not cleaned And this is just what I am able to take photos of. I wonder if the laundry room was even mopped? I am not sure, but this was a huge let down.
