It was my DJ (Dustin at West Coast Flawless DJs) that recommended her, and I'm so glad he did! From the moment I met her, I knew that she would be critical at my wedding. She also met with my fiance and me closer to the day to discuss all the details (also being a DIY bride, I had a million ideas and decoration plans since I also didn't hire a florist and made all the centerpieces). My wedding was a little ummm unique... in that I actually had two wedding receptions on the same day (a lunch for family and a dinner for friends) so I really needed help with timing and coordination for the day. Mandy came to the rescue and went from reception to reception setting up and getting the timing down. We had some issues at my lunch venue with delays in the food prep so it was great to have Mandy following up with the restaurant (and she didn't even get a lunch since they were so behind that she had to leave to set up for dinner). All the decorations at both receptions were perfect! She executed my style and plans better than I could have done myself! Please don't hesitate to hire Mandy as a coordinator! I really don't know what I would have done without her. Even my dad asked me the next day "What's the name of your best friend that was so nice and helping out with everything?"... he really did think she was one of my MBA friends because we interacted so well together!

She did a fantastic job allowing my husband and I to enjoy the party stress-free! She worked with me on conceptualizing the event including decor, flow, & menu and had wonderful suggestions to create the vibe and energy we were looking for. Vanessa hired all the vendors remaining mindful of our budget, including, a bartender, DJ, caterers, serving staff, lighting, ice luge sculpture, photo-booth, and balloon arch. We loved all the vendors and so did our guests! Vanessa also handled the floral centerpieces as well as paying all the vendors. The day of the party was quite hectic with all the vendors setting up all at the same time. Like the pro that she is, Vanessa organized and managed them all with ease requiring very little from my husband and I. We received so many compliments on the party. I highly recommend Vanessa's services.

She communicated clearly, kept everyone accountable, and ensured that each moving piece came together exactly as I hoped. Her team worked from sunup to sundown with incredible dedication. The servers she provided were professional, attentive, and diligent throughout the entire event. At the end of the day, their cleanup was just as impressive as the setup. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. The wedding went even better than I could have imagined and I can say without a doubt that it would not have gone so perfectly without Sandra and Paola with Say I Do to Details. We found her through The Ebell's preferred vendor list after securing our venue, and booked her about eight months out from our big day -- which many will tell you is on the shorter end of the planning timeline. We had a lot of work to do together over the 8 months, but Cortney made it all possible (and enjoyable as well)! Also worth mentioning - as Bay Area-based clients planning a wedding in Los Angeles, we especially appreciated how seamlessly Cortney supported us through every step of the long-distance planning process. Cortney is infectiously positive and genuinely committed to helping you execute a wedding that feels like you. We came to her with a lot of specific, unconventional ideas -- the kind that a more traditional wedding planner might have pushed back on or struggled to execute. She embraced every single one of them, helped us shape them into something cohesive, and made us feel like no vision was too much to ask for. That willingness to truly work with us rather than steer us toward something more conventional made all the difference. Every person who attended has told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to -- and as cliché as it sounds, it was genuinely the best day of our lives. We were able to be present and enjoy every moment, and on the day itself, we were told we were the most relaxed couple -- which is a direct reflection of the work we put in together with Cortney leading up to it. We also want to specifically call out the vendors she recommended: our DJ, live music, and stationery were all EXCEPTIONAL and felt completely personalized to us in a way we hadn't expected. If you're looking for a planner who is trustworthy, joyful to work with, and will champion your vision no matter how unique it is -- book Cortney. We are so grateful for her and for making this journey as beautiful as the day itself. Photos were taken by the incredible Tomasz Wagner! (IG: tomaszwagnerco)
