Prior to their accepting the job, I explained how each unit was to have a trim kit installed.. They quoted $360 for the installation of both refrig and freezer, including installation of trim kits. Neither Joe nor his helper Ashton read the instructions before starting to remove the original leveling feet of the units, and proceeded to install the wheel mounts for the trim kit, replacing the leveling feet. Only when the units were in their place, did Joe tell me that their "boss" would not let them install the trim kit. Joe said he would not be charging for the trim kit. I paid them $ 300 for their work, even though I now had to have wheels removed to be replaced with the leveling feet. I contacted Nassau Appliance last week to arrange for them to come back out on 1/9/26 to remove wheels and replace with leveling feet. I'm told by the receptionist, No problem. This morning, 30 minutes b4 they are scheduled to arrive, they call to tell me that their boss won't let them do the work, because, the Boss says that's how the units should be supported". I tried to explain that the wheels prevent the units from complete stabilization. The Trim kits would normally be attached to the wheel bases. Completely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and knowledge of high end appliance installation. They offered no help what so ever, and now I have to pay to have their "work" redone properly. I suggest you think twice before allowing these unprofessionals into your home.

I had to make several calls over two week period could not get a straight answer. We are now one month later and they simply do not return my calls. It is my fault. I should've asked to see their licensing. The gentleman that arrived appeared to have no idea what he's doing yet We paid him as we were in a rush to get the repair done. I suspect he has no licenses. This is a unqualified business that pays to be first on a google search. Scam do not use this company.

Background: issued some type of home warranty service when bought house. Warning this is code for suspect agents working under this type warranty, as both I used were incompetent. IMHO, they offer reduced rates because no one else will hire them. Further, Home Depot and Lowe's personnel will make up excuses for inability to install gas products their company sells OR simply state you need a gas plumber to hookup gas in addition to their install team. Yes, the same install team you already paid for with item purchase. I digress. Whenever I need information I call Service Pro, because aside from affable nature, i get precise information from a real expert in the field. Go here first, then if you desire get other opinions. I am willing to bet a small confectionery you will pick Service Pro, every time; albeit the fun size candy bar... lamenting changes.
