I know it's extremely common, but I never thought it would happen to us. We are a very clean family & practice hygiene regularly, but I learned quickly that lice shows no mercy no matter how clean you are. If you're a parent, you know very well how easily kids catch things from other kids. I decided to take them to see a professional because although this is treatable at home, I felt way more at ease seeing someone who specializes in it. 10/10, would highly recommend. They were able to see me the very next day at their clinic. I had the BEST experience! When I walked in, it was the cutest salon. I expected it to look like a doctor's office, bland, boring, & anxiety inducing. However, my horrible day turned into an almost pamper spa experience. The kids had plenty of toys to play with & watched Disney movies during the whole treatment. It was so painless that they wanted to come back, HA! Anyway, Joseph took such good care of us. He was so personable, educated me on lice & answered my endless questions. My anxiety was high when I came & I left feeling so much better. The pricing is expensive, but I think it's well worth it. They don't just remove lice, they provide knowledge so you're prepared for any future exposure because you never know. They also provide a little after care kit & printed out directions for you to take home. Even my strong willed 5 year old son felt safe & even enjoyed himself. They even provided a sweet treat as an incentive to the kids at the end (while asking for my permission first which I appreciate). I would recommend this to anyone, THIS is the spot to go to. Thank you Joseph!

I freaked out (naturally) and was able to get a same day appointment with Heavenly. She was absolutely amazing and so patient and understanding. I did the package A, which gave me "maintenance days" to continue treatment at home for the entire family, it also included shampoo for after care and oil removal. I had multiple questions for the after care and they continued to quickly respond and walk me through each process as needed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is having issues with head lice. We did purchase an additional lice repellant spray (because I'm crazy) as well as the conditioner as that wasn't included. I absolutely love that they use natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals, as my entire family is very sensitive to chemicals and have very sensitive skin. If you're on the fence, don't be, they know their stuff, and I will 100% recommend them to anyone with this issue.

I found I had lice, tried to treat it myself, and two weeks later discovered I was NOT successful in my attempt. I ruined my hair with the chemical store bought products, and was still hosting unwanted guests. I have very think, long hair. The thought of washing combing, rinsing, and repeating was overwhelming. Exhausted, I called my mom for help. She found LiceAge through yelp and suggested I make the call based off of the reviews, and that someone would come to the privacy of my home to treat it. Best decision I ever made. Yana was able to come that evening, and within a two hour period (I have a lot of hair), I was combed free of lice and nits. Yana is incredibly thorough and precise, and she is also great company during that time! Since the first epidemic, I have had two lice scares! I texted Yana and she was at my door within hours to check me- both times lice free! Yana is not only capable of curing you of lice, she is also able to give you peace of mind for those "freak-out" moments!

But using it on myself and my thick hair was daunting and the results were slow. Yana came and helped, encouraging me about the work I'd already put in (thank you!!!) and helping me with better strategies and her expertise. I am grateful to have our lice under control! And I'm way better educated if/when this happens again. I feel like she gave me a realistic expectation of how to recheck and prevent, to the degree you can. I'm not sure it can always be so fast, but I called LiceAge after 8 am and Yana arrived at my door by 9:15 am the same morning. The price is a bit high, but totally worth it, when I think of the frustrating hours (3+ daily) we'd been investing to fight it in the previous days! Having my time and sanity back was worth double. I called her early Friday morning asking her if she could come to my home in Oceanside to treat the lice my three year old and myself have. I also texted her, because this was urgent. I didn't hear back until the afternoon, by text, letting me know she didn't have time Friday, and that Jill would be available Saturday and what time could she come to my place. I said 1:00 on Saturday, but I wanted to speak on the phone beforehand to discuss her pricing before she came over to my place. This was all through text. I was nice and respectful. She never called me. Then she texted me that the treatment was $185 per person. I attached her advertisement of services in my text to her to understand her pricing. My understanding, see below, that the second person was extra $10.00 with checking for lice with treatment. There is no indication that there will be an extra $185 charge. I asked her to please call me, so I could understand. Also my hubby needed to be checked. I asked her was that $10 or $30? I was confused. I also wanted to talk to confirm she was coming the next day for sure at 1:00. I texted. No answer. I called, and asking nicely for a callback, telling Jill about the urgency, because I have lice and my little boy has them. I was more concerned for my little boy than myself, but we both needed to be treated. Then after all of my effort to get a response, she text messaged me at 7:30 at night letting me know to get someone else. I couldn't believe what I was reading from my text. I was always nice, respectful, and not rude in anyway in the calls and texts. I am including her pricing that is on Jill's webpage, so you can decide if her pricing is confusing. Thank goodness I went with a really great company that called me immediately, went to the place immediately, where the other company understood the urgency, especially when there is live lice on a little boy's head. My little boy and I were treated. I will give them a great review. Thank you

Save yourself a headache and call Jill for your lice needs! We caught lice on our daughter's head…read moreearly and called a mobile clinic to come to our home and perform a treatment the next day. We were so grateful it hadn't spread to anyone else in our household. Unfortunately, most mobile clinics only perform an oil treatment that kills live lice, not the eggs! An egg was missed during the combing process and two weeks later we found a bug and a few eggs in our daughter's hair, along with eggs in my husband's and son's hair. I texted Jill late in the evening, and she was at our house the next afternoon. Jill performs a heated dehydration treatment to ensure none of the lice eggs survive, a comb-out to remove dead eggs and lice, and an oil treatment to suffocate any live lice that may have survived the heat treatment. This is the same three-step process Lice Centers of America performs and it ensures no bugs are left behind. Although it may seem like a lot of money to spend on treatment, Jill's prices are fair and it'll save you money in the long run if you do it right the first time (I'm speaking from experience). Jill was so good with our kids, especially our wiggly three-year-old, and you can tell she finds joy in helping families overcome a lice infestation. Jill is a literal angel and knows what she is doing. I sincerely hope we never have to do this again, but I know who to call if we do. Thank you, Jill!
