They allow you to walk about and go into coolers to make your own arrangement or they will make it for you if you prefer. It was quite busy so Saturdays might feel a bit rushed. But what I didn't know is that Tiffany mostly uses her studio for events. Weddings, corporate events, etc. Generally, people aren't strolling in to shop for flowers. So, I ordered a plant for my friend's office to celebrate his promotion, thinking it would be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, he called me laughing and asked what it was supposed to be. Apparently, the "potted plant" was tiny and looked more like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree than a congratulatory gift. Good grief! Not only was it a complete waste of money... quite a bit of money because they are overpriced... but I was absolutely mortified.
