The studio is a bit small but and enough space for you to roam about and do your thing. The first step was to handle the clay then they thought us how to handle the wheel and then we got to choose if we wanted a vase, a cup or a bowl. We were in a small group of 6 due to which the teachers could explain and help us well. We ended up upgrading our class to include paint as well as we got to know that without the paint we won't be able to use the things we made of it involves water. My friend made a cute cup and I made a not so cute vase. I would definitely say that but the end of the class, we were rushing a bit and would have appreciated some help and tips from the teachers but we didn't get any. We had to constantly ask about things and where the brushes were and where the paints were. Since it was our first ever class, we would have appreciated a bit more help from the teachers in managing our time and helpful tips on how to glaze correctly instead of having to ask everything ourselves when we are already rushing. Regardless, we had a lot of fun and can't wait to pick up our pieces soon!

They decided to ignore my girlfriend's project after leaving a $520 deposit. She brought them the…read moreidea / materials and paid the deposit on June 7. They gave an estimated date of June 21 (the gift wasn't needed until July 10). Get to the week of July 7, and they still have not started the project due to "other emergencies" (1. You're a picture frame store, wtf kind of emergencies could there be and 2. Why is her money less valuable than other customers?). Anyways still no progress on July 10 (the date it was needed). She tries calling and texting, even left a voicemail. No response. Her friend calls and they pick up immediately. Clearly dodging her calls. Ultimately went in to get a refund on her behalf because it was July 20 and they still had not even started the project. Took them 6 weeks and all they had was a CAD design. Overall a disgraceful treatment of customers and I could not recommend staying away from here enough.

Wedding invitations weren't delivered until the morning of & I noticed she didn't supply the total amount of wedding programs I ordered so I called and she delivered the rest but after the ceremony WHOMP WHOMP WHOMP! Signage for the appetizers and desserts were missing as well. I gave her a chance to redeem herself and ordered thank you cards at the end of November. She sent an invoice days later and I paid it immediately. I have yet to receive the thank cards but have been sent off several times with different dates they would be ready. At this point I've requested a refund & haven't heard anything back. It's a real shame because I will never recommend or use her service again.

However, team members Zach and Luka took time to provide careful measurements and provided expert advice on my options for framing. I chose the floating frame option for each. I am pleased with this suggestion and execution as it really allows each piece of art to "pop" in color and texture. I also loved all of the examples of various types of items framed hanging on the walls which allows customers to see how many different options there are. See my pictures-framed items on display include: VHS Tape of Ferris Bueller's Day Off Movie, Chicago CD, professional sports Jerseys, Intelligentsia Key on their key ring, Chicago World's Fair original guide, and other art and photography framed items. Framebridge also provides framing for photographs as well. The prices for framing are clearly printed out for customers available upon measurement. This is helpful for gaging and budgeting. I am incredibly happy with my framed art and would especially like to thank Zach and Luka for their professionalism, knowledge, suggestions and kindness. Every step of the process was clearly communicated both in the physical framing process not only articulated in the store location as well as updates via email. I brought in my son's artwork, just two pieces of construction paper float-framed between two panes…read moreof glass, for reframing due to a small corner blemish. Nothing major, just a nice-to-have replacement frame. Framebridge accepted the order, held it for about two weeks, then told me they couldn't do the job because double-sided/float glass framing isn't a service they offer at all. In the meantime, they destroyed the original frame. They agreed to compensate me for it and promised a check would arrive with the returned artwork. The artwork showed up; the check didn't. After following up, I was told to expect it within 30 days. Still waiting. If they don't offer this service, they shouldn't have accepted the order, and they shouldn't have destroyed the frame. Now I understand why the reviews section disappeared from their own site. I won't use them again. Update: Framebridge's response to this review claims the artwork was too deep for their process, but my son's artwork was just two pieces of paper stacked on top of each other. When they first contacted me about the order, they said plainly that they didn't offer the service I wanted at all, with no mention of depth.

I'm from New York I've seen Designer shoes at the Flagship store on 59 Street & Lexington Avenue, Manhattan, They do sell Saint Laurent (Y.S.L) & Jimmy Choo or Valentino Pumps /Heels which I witnessed with my eyes, I guess these location probably does online orders with Designer shoes Selection !!!! I came to Chicago to enjoy a wonderful weekend with husband and friends. Blooming dale's was at the…read moretop of my list! I haven't been to Chicago since 1995! Once in Bloomingdale's I was looking at crystal and other fine items. As I continued through the store I spotted the store manager. As he walked by me he avoided eye contact. I said 'Hello'. He walked by me close enough to almost brush my shoulder and said nothing. I proceeded to another department and spotted a clerk. He walked towards me again avoiding eye contact. I said "Hello ". He turned to me and said "Oh, hello" and walked past me. I'm feeling invincible! I watched bothe the sales clerk and manager go to two different young couples that looked like Barbie and Ken. The said "Welcome to Bloomingdale's, may I help you find something?" Infuriating! I have been profiled. I was ready for a pleasant experience and to spend lots of money. But they judged my wallet by the way I looked. I am worth a few million dollars and was ready to spend some of it! If this happens to me, I can only imagine how many other affluent customers they've lost by 'profiling'. Big Mistake! I will shop at Neiman's and Sak's!
