I came in for a paddleboard, but after hearing the prices this place has, I had to go on a little shopping spree. The owner helped me pick out the proper paddleboard, a surfboard for my kids, two new wetsuits and a pair of sunglasses. I'll definitely be back here throughout the summer whenever I need some sports equipment or gear for more of their top-notch service. Thanks Island Riders!

The woman working there was so kind and helpful and was laughing and joking around with us. My friend and I are both high school students and sometimes when we go into stores they can be dismissive of us because of our age but this woman was the complete opposite! We tried clothes on for about thirty minutes and both left with PJ sets! This location is so nice, clean and organised, 10/10 will go again!

Beautiful products but they fall short when it comes to customer service…read more I was charged for a king duvet cover when I bought a queen. Not a big deal and certainly a simple mistake. They reversed the charge and charged me again for the correct amount. However, partially because the store made a mistake in reversing the charge, and partially because of a bank error, I spent THREE DAYS getting my refund - ugh! To top it off, the east hampton store didn't have the cover in stock, so they said it would be sent in from NYC in no more than 2 days. I called three days later only to find out that the employee never gave my name to the NYC store, so the item was taken off hold and was never sent to east hampton. When I asked how they intended to rectify the situation, being that it was the third or fourth problem I was having with ONE TRANSACTION, their big offer was to not charge me for overnight shipping, so that it would arrive 2 days late instead of 4 days late. They have not met my expectations, so despite the beautiful product, I will have a very hard time recommending them to other people.

They have a wide variety of flowy summer dresses, beach cover ups, jewelry and accessories. The prices are what you'd expect in the hamptons, but honestly after shopping in stores like Louis Vuitton and Chanel these prices seemed more reasonable, though dresses are going to run you at least a few hundred bucks. I was hoping for a sale rack but didn't find any. The store owner here was friendly and chatting away with what I'm assuming were some local regulars while my friend and I looked through the racks. Not a bad stop if you're in the area doing some shopping, especially if you like flowy dresses!

I love the look of this store and the ambiance that fits right in with the quaint houses of East Hampton. Came here to window shop with a friend and we had a blast looking at the wide selection of Chanel options, from shoes to sunglasses and pretty much any type of bag you could want. Value wise it's shocking to look at some of these price tags, but hey, it's the Hamptons. It's worth coming for the photo op, for the free glass of champagne and to just say that you've been here. If you need a break from the busy main floor pop upstairs to see more of their limited collection options, or to just take a break on the couch.

The sales associates were very helpful, they are made up of a rotating selection of associates from all over the country. As it was after Labor Day we practically had the whole store to ourselves. They had several colors available and I also tried some exclusive scents that I might go back later to purchase. The building that houses this boutique is a massive gray New England mansion set back from the street. It looks imposing but is very accessible and this was a very enjoyable shopping experience. They also gave us reusable bottles of Path water while waiting for the purchase to be wrapped up.
