The pricing was increased multiple times during the project, and the workmanship began to deteriorate shortly after the work was completed. I first reached out to Jesse in February 2025 to address the issues, and he told me he would come take a look. Since then, I have contacted him more than 20 times. He scheduled multiple dates and times to return, but never followed through. As of May 2026, the work remains unfinished and the problems unresolved. Jesse consistently fails to communicate, fails to show up when he says he will, and has not taken responsibility for the poor workmanship. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing another company. You will be far better off with someone who communicates, stands behind their work, and doesn't take your money and disappear.

The biggest challenge was determining how to run the gas line. It took a lot of discussion between Todd from Siteworks and their "gas" people, but they figured it out. While I contacted them in December, my only requirement was that it be done in time for Easter. The snow, ice, sleet and rain did not hinder them from getting it done in the nic of time! We LOVE our new Firepit and so appreciate Siteworks efforts to make this happen for us. They truly turned a sow ear into a silk purse ( Mommas saying) for us!
