The pricing was increased multiple times during the project, and the workmanship began to deteriorate shortly after the work was completed. I first reached out to Jesse in February 2025 to address the issues, and he told me he would come take a look. Since then, I have contacted him more than 20 times. He scheduled multiple dates and times to return, but never followed through. As of May 2026, the work remains unfinished and the problems unresolved. Jesse consistently fails to communicate, fails to show up when he says he will, and has not taken responsibility for the poor workmanship. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing another company. You will be far better off with someone who communicates, stands behind their work, and doesn't take your money and disappear.
