I knew this was the right call to make. I contacted Mr. Castillo and scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and give me an estimate. Mr. Castillo arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately began looking for the cause of the leak. He was very friendly, professional, clean, and outgoing. Within thirty seconds, Mr. Castillo identified the problem and gave me an incredibly affordable quote. I agreed to the price. As he began working, he discovered two additional issues with the pipes under the sink. Rather than raising the price for the new problems, Mr. Castillo assured me the cost would stay the same, even though it would require a few extra pipes to fix. My first impression was that he was honest. I decided to tip Mr. Castillo more than I planned because of the great price and the extra work at no charge.
