Very impressed with the threading process, I've never gotten my eyebrows done but it was very quick and easy! I went to the Simi location because the Moorpark location had some bad reviews. The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and professional. Glad I came here, and I've never waxed my eyebrows before but I'm sure threading is better. Love this place! Once I moved to Simi Valley I went to a couple different places and none compare to Layla Threading. The girls here are super sweet and very fast. Threading hurts to matter where you go but here they go so fast and quick I can hardly feel it. Would Highly recommend this place for any threading. I went first thing in the morning and was the first customer of the day. I had my upper lip threaded and it was fast and easy. I was a teeny bit red but that was to be expected. No scabbing or other complications! They have some very reasonable rates. Highly recommend! read more

I like this place for eyebrow and upper lip threading. The staff is pretty friendly at times and the prices are good. I recently took a leap of faith and got my whole face threaded. Great place. I am so happy to be done with waxing eyebrows! Threading FEELS better for me, and I don't' have any sticky residue or skin discoloration after threading. I love that I don't need an appointment, and I appreciate the discount they offer after your first visit. I'm thankful that they are open long hours, especially in the evening after a long work day. Just went there for the first time today, my birthday, not expecting to get eyebrow service for free, that was nice. The girl wasn't particularly friendly, didn't explain her procedure to me. Hurts awfully bad, and I'm pretty pain tolerant. She took off way too much brow in the space between my brows, now they look too far apart and I look stupid. I suggested they offer a warm moist compress to the brows before the treatment to open the pores and relax the skin, she just looked at me questioningly. Not a good experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. read more

Being an Uzbek girl, I have always had this problem of not getting my eyebrows in the same line. I mean there are very few places that did a good job when it come to connected eyebrows. But not Layla Threading, this place is professional and did it perfectly the way I wanted it. The right eyebrow exactly matched the left one. I enjoy Layla. It's inexpensive and they can clean up your brows fast and most of the time it's painless. This location tends to do my brows much better than other Laylas I've been too. They've moved a few times since I started going to them but I'm glad they are in Simi and hopefully never leave. read more
