It was a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to the Forum. The bus was there ahead of time and letting everybody get on as they checked our tickets. The bus was clean and the driver was polite and helpful. As we got underway, the driver started telling jokes and playing RUSH music to get us ready for the concert. He told us multiple times where we would be picked up after the concert, and he was there and ready as we left the concert. The really bonus is we didn't have to wait for an Uber, not to mention you had to walk forever to get to a place where an Uber can pick up up after the concert. The drive back was just as fun, jokes, music and a great experience overall.

We've been doing this event for over 20 years and had to switch shuttle vendors several times because they just can't even get the basic things right let alone the small things right. Our drivers got all the things right the big things, the small things I didn't have to babysit anyone it was the best service I've ever seen out of a transportation company. We absolutely plan to hire them again and I'm so grateful for everything that everyone did. Julio kept a really good eye out for all our guests. He made sure everyone was on and no one left behind. He was incredibly kind to everyone he was incredibly professional. Liliana was so pleasant and nice and warm. She was over the top professional. Also I couldn't have asked for better Arthur and Levon were and nice and careful and did a great Job. I can't wait to use this service again.

I knew I had to book the bus at least 6 months in advance to make sure I got a great price and that the bus was available. The bus tour was one of our family activities for my 3-day family reunion in late July, consisting of 200 people. About 60 went on the bus tour. My family enjoyed the tour and had phrases of how great Steven and his team were. To top the great service we got, Steven even drove back to hotel that my family was staying in to bring back an iPad which one of my aunts left behind. Now that is beyond customer service! Steven, I thank you for taking great care of my family! I will definitely book again.

This was amazing because the level of time, energy and thoughtfulness I was given went beyond what some vendors provide even customers that wind up using them. Going to the stadium is great, but AFTER the game...good luck finding the bus. It wasn't where we expected it and it wasn't even marked. There were over twenty buses parked randomly along two highways with heavy post game traffic in the dark and no signage or directions and zero supervision or direction. The bus we got on was blank white (obviously a third party company) and the driver wasn't announcing it until you interrogated him. Then it overfilled and some people had to get off and go find another bus in the dark. Good value if you can find the bus home.

Our tour was really nothing more than being driven around Southern California. Next to no talking about the area, the sites, or people. He did tell us every turn he was going to make and why City we were in "I will be turning left here is the city of Los Angeles. Long periods of silence. It only spots four times. Stop one 15 minutes and "one of the oldest Catholic Churches in LA". He never mentioned the name, you couldn't go inside. Stop 2 was the Hollywood walk of fame 45 minutes and he did point out the spot for a Hollywood sign picture. Stop 3 was farmers market for one hour/lunch. We had time for lunch but not much else and this is a really cool market. Stop 4 was Venice Beach for 30 minutes and I highly recommend staying on the bus. Now the bus was small(24 seats) and clean with rather comfortable seats. All things considered I would have rather taken a hop on hop off bus tour.

Our guide, Ansley, was respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. She really brought the stories to life and made everyone feel comfortable asking questions. The vintage funeral car was such a cool and fitting touch for the Manson Family Murders Tour (and the main reason why I booked the tour). About 80% of the experience was spent in the car, which was cozy and gave us plenty of time to soak in the history while listening to music from the era. Including Manson, The Beach Boys, and The Beatles, to name a few. We also made three stops along the way to get out, take photos, and see key locations up close. As a mortician, the experience carried an extra layer of meaning. I actually helped funeral direct the service for the LaBiancas' granddaughter (who had the same fate as her grandparents). So hearing and seeing this history firsthand felt deeply personal and surreal. If you're into true crime or Los Angeles history, this tour is an absolute must. Graveliners and Ansley made the experience both educational and unforgettable. We loved every minute!

I don't mind that this airport gets busy, it is what it is, but the employees and staff/TSA are always pretty dang unfriendly. I once preemptively took off my shoes because I'd always been required to prior, and this TSA staff very smugly? rudely? asked me if anyone had asked me to take them off and to put them back on since no one told me too. Another time my shoes in the scanner bin actually got pushed off and my shoes fell underneath the scanner onto the floor...And I tried to get an employee to grab them for me...But they like...aggressively avoid eye contact. It took me like 10 minutes to flag someone down to help me. Also, one time as my husband and I were making out way to one of the gates there was dog poop smeared on the ground. This airport kinda really sucks lol. I think they have an okay selection of stores/restaurants, but the prices are jacked, but in an egregious way. Having been to other international airports at other countries, I think we can do better...It would be nice if this place got even a general aesthetic upgrade.
