Although a great job was done on the concrete slab and the pergola, the ball was significantly dropped on the flagstone walkway. I've never been more disappointed in a company's workmanship. I trusted that my walkway would resemble the ones on the company's website, (I certainly paid enough!). I may not know a lot of things, but I do know that this is NOT how a flagstone pathway should look. I was saddened to see that remnants/scraps of flagstone used from a previous job, were used for my project. After having paid several thousand dollars, my expectations were much higher. I was so perplexed by the placement of the stones...how would this make a viable pathway or walkway of any kind? Each flagstone wobbled when stepped upon. I would rather they'd done nothing, than leave me with such a horrible creation. I expressed the need for the walkway to be enhanced and was just met with pressure to make the final payment, which to my chagrin, I made. I was never contacted again by the owner to make things right. It was apparent that my business was of no value and that my satisfaction was of no priority to Dryman. Two days later, I hired another company to construct the walkway in the proper manner. Although I paid TWICE for the project, I am please with the final result.
