We LOVE Anchor Pest Control. We have been using Anchor Pest Control for the past 3 years to come…read moreand spray our cabin/home in Arnold on a bi-monthly basis to keep the spiders and creepy crawlers at bay! This past February we were hit with a huge snow storm that snapped many of the pines in Arnold in half, due to the weight of the heavy snow load. Now those dead and dying trees are attracting the dreaded Bark Beetles. Anchor Pest to the rescue!!! We had Ryan come out first to spray all our Ponderosa/Pines to help protect them from the masses of beetles that are now active in the area. Then we had him come and inject our Pines to prevent any infestation over the next two years! He did a great job treating our trees and labeled each one individually with a numbered tag so we can keep track of when they were treated, what they were treaded with and any additional notes on the health of each individual tree. Lastly we had him "drench" fertilize all our trees, both Pines and Cedars to help keep them healthy and strong. I'm so thankful for their service and a grateful that we can be proactive to protect our trees. After all, we chose to live in the forest because we love the trees so we will do what we have to and keep them as healthy as possible.

He went above and beyond to walk around with me while I showed him hotspots and pets water and food that needed to be moved before he would spray. Also, he was totally aware of the hummingbird feeder that needed to be moved out of the way before he sprayed. He was very courteous and listened to all of my requests and was very fast! I definitely recommend Anchor Pest Control for not only year test control but also to control your weeds wherever you may need to have them sprayed.

To the point the rats were like domestic pets and would come out as you walk past.... Not even kidding! It wreaked of rat pee and I literally stopped frequenting at this business due to how bad it was! Anyhow I recently ran into these guys from Rodgers Pest Control just randomly near this business and got to talking and they mentioned they were the pest control company for this particular business. The last few months, I have not seen ANY rats and the business smells fresh and clean as it should. So I just want to share that their efforts in pest control are clearly top notch and if I'm ever in the need for pest control, I now know who to call!

I called Clark pest control because we had an issue with fleas. I do all my own outdoor pest…read morecontrol. I only needed them because we tried everything! and could not get rid of these stupid fleas. We only have one cat and she never even goes outside. Frustrated, I called Clark pest control via the 800 number and the person on the phone said that I would not tied into a contract and that I could cancel it anytime. That's perfect for me because I didn't need them for anything other than just getting rid of the fleas. In fact, I was very clear with the technician the first time he came out. First time he sprayed the inside of the house they were gone for about a week and then came back so we called within the 30 days and had him come back out and since then we've been flea free. Been about five weeks now and we haven't seen any so that's good. My issue is with customer service I called the customer service line and explained to them that the problem had been resolved and that I would like to cancel the service. The lady on the phone said no that's not possible and said that I need to "read the fine print when I sign up for a contract" Which obviously shocked me because, one she was being kind of rude and two, I explained in detail why I needed to cancel and she basically told me it's a hard NO. So I told her if I was lied to and tied into an annual contract, I'm gonna be super pissed. So she transferred me over to another customer service department, and that lady told me, no you're not tied into a contract it's an "agreement" and you can cancel at any time. I told her, well that's completely the opposite of what your other customer service person told me. She said that in my "agreement" that I didn't even have an early cancellation fee so at least the person that signed me up understood the assignment. So the agreement has been canceled. Credit card has been removed from their billing, which is good but I shouldn't have to go through this whole, talk to one person they give me a completely different story than somebody else. Would I recommend Clark Pest Control, maybe, just be very sure when you sign up that you're only signing up for a "agreement" and not a contract.
