I truly value the honesty Mr. John demonstrates when working on our family's vehicles. He is easy to talk to and ask questions of. Recently, I brought my truck in for new brakes and rotors, only to find out that the brakes were in excellent shape, but some rotor resurfacing was necessary. I greatly appreciated the huge savings in only paying for the necessary repairs. Thank You Wooten Automotive!

I am very impressed with the service we received from Fisher's Towing! The young man who came to tow my son's truck was phenomenal! He took his time and was considerate to go above and beyond to not further damage the truck while loading it onto the flatbed. It was an extremely cold night with temps in the 20"s and stong wind but he took his time and saved the truck from getting torn up while loading and unloading. Top service from everyone we talked to that night to the technician who came to tow. AND, at a reasonable price!!! Thank you Fisher's towing!!!

Friendly hometown service, by ASE certified mechanics!…read more I'm a local in our small town of Lenoir, and recently my breaks started squealing like they were bad. We recently purchased the vehicle used, so was unaware of the condition on the break pads. I scheduled an appointment with Rainey's automotive and dropped off the vehicle the next day. Promptly, the mechanic personally called me, and told me that my breaks were not bad, they were about 1/2 life left, but the rotors looked like they had surface damage from being too hot. He resurfaced the rotors, and it took care of the problem. The mechanic could have lied, and told me the breaks were bad, and made more money, but was honest. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. I will be back! It's great to have a mechanic that you can trust! It's one of the advantages of our small town :). Definitely an asset to Lenoir! Thanks guys for a job well done!

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced…read more My wife made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to get an oil change and 2 pm (I head the rep on the other line say 2 and so did she). We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that I couldn't even rate them on the work they do because of how disrespectful they were.

I truley believe Michs buys vehicles that have alot of issues, they put some "lipstick" on it and then they sell it. Shortly after you buy it, everything starts going wrong. They do offer a warranty. However, it typically does not cover whatever your vehicles issues are. At this point my best option is to park the POS and pay down on it until I can trade it. I will never deal with Michs again. Our 2019 740i has had over $13k in repairs since it was bought 6 months ago. That is not an exaggeration. If you buy a car from them, I would suggest at minimum looking at the CARFAX, and then take it to a trusted mechanic and have them go over it, before you buy (something my dumbass didnt do). Michs has a great setup, they make money from selling you a car, then make even more money from fixing it! Hell of a business model. Time to call the BBB.
