Right from the start my email was answered and I received a phone call from their receptionist to assist in scheduling an appointment with MIKE. The very next day I had a meeting to discuss the numerous trees, shrubs, branches, and limbs that I needed removed from my property. Not only did the communication go well, there were a number of terrific suggestions made, to clean up my landscape/property , that I hadn't even considered. What a fabulous experience!!!! I can't say enough about the timeliness of the appointment, the professionalism and superior CUSTOMER SERVICE. Luckily, for me, the quote given was within my budget ...including access to a monthly payment plan. I was told the work would be accomplished in the next few days and that I would receive a phone call to confirm. Excitedly, the company communicated and put our project up the for next day. There was a full team of men led by RABI who worked tirelessly and professionally to cut, trim, and execute the very styling I had requested. The entire staff was respectful of my property; I couldn't believe the PRECISION with which they manicured the trees in my personal oasis; you would barely have known that they were there, as cleanup was absolutely perfection. John came out that day and met me after work and come to find out the 60-80ft pine tree was split down the middle to about 5ft above the ground level. John provided a fair price and due to concerns of the tree being split said he would have it down the next morning which they did. They did an awesome job and left the site immaculate. When we brought it up, instead of working toward a fair resolution, he had lawyers pursue us for payment -- even after we offered a reasonable discounted amount, understanding how tough running a small business can be. There are plenty of other tree companies out there; I'm sure some people have had good experiences, but ethically, this isn't someone I'd recommend working with.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! Terrible experience from start to finish. Scheduled a maple to be cut down along…read morewith stump removal. The tree was cut down after a 2 week wait time. They piled up the large limbs and trunk on my front lawn and left them there for a week and didn't grind down the stump. The stump removal was urgent as my backyard fence was up against the tree and needed to be replaced immediately following the tree service. After 3 phone calls, they came back 2 weeks later , ground down the stump, damaging my asphalt walk way and basically destroying my back yard in the immediate area of the job. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns. I've never once felt the need to write a bad review about someone, but these people must be stopped.
