I requested a free quote on their website and Geoff showed up the same day. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected). The work was done within a couple of hours, no damage to the yard, and everything was picked up. Geoff is someone who cares about his company and his customers - you will be satisfied!

Dave immediately answered my text with a phone call on a Sunday Morning and his dad, also Dave, came driving in our driveway to inspect the damage without being asked too. Now, that's service. We talked about the tree and said his son would come by in the morning to price out the job. Within an hour, I heard a chain saw running out from, I went outside and to my surprise, there's Dave (dad) with truck & chipped cutting up branches and chipping them from the driveway. No price discussed, no contract, no agreement to pay, very unexpected to say the least. He was concerned that with rain coming later in the day, we would not be able to get out of the yard in case of an emergency. He said if we didn't like the price the next day, there'd be no charge for what he had done for us. The next day, I met with Dave (Son) and he gave us a great price. We we very sad to see it go but were worried about a storm bringing it down. They fit us in before we had a new fence installed, which we really appreciated. They took great care in bringing it down safely. The crew worked well together and left me, at my request, a large slab of the tree to make into a table. And cleaned up well before they departed. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they did not protect my lawn, as they had said they would, and it got very torn up by their truck as a result. Advanced Tree gave us one estimate and that was the final price. They took great care to remove each part of our old tree safely. They also ground down the stump as well. The tree was a danger to our home because it was diseased. Thanks to our deck, sitting right next to the tree, the crew had very little room to work. The leafy branches they chipped and hauled away after leaf-blowing our 2+ acre property of all leaves and debris from this huge job. Very reasonable price for the work, very good customer service.
