Everyone said that they could help but no one was able to until I met Dr. Oppenheim. Once Dr. Oppenheim viewed my MRI he had me come in for a consult that day. He was so patient, kind, understanding and personable. He took the time to explain what was going on and why I was having pain. He explained the treatment plan with great detail and reassured me every step of the way. He even took my call after hours to speak with my fiancé. He kindly spent 45 minutes talking with us going over the problem, procedure and recovery. I was experiencing so much pain from a severely herniated disc and could not stand or walk for more than 5 minutes at a time. Dr. Oppenheim was able to move around his schedule to accommodate me for surgery a few days later. After surgery I was immediately able to get up and walk with no pain. I was so happy I could cry. She charges patients $25.00 to write an RX if it isn't written during the session. She discriminates against anyone who is physically disabled and cannot always make it into an appt, so she does phone sessions and writes phone session on your bill so your insurance carrier cannot reimburse you. This is against the law. If you are permanently disabled and unable to come into an appt, a Dr, by law cannot discriminate AGAINST YOU by writing phone session. It is a SESSION. PERIOD. Choose someone else, it's not worth your time.
