The staff in the reception area are so kind, and very knowledgeable in letting you know what is covered under your plan. I never have to wait too long to be seen. In fact, all of my appointments have been on time. The technicians are great with getting you through each eye test station, and scanning the back of the eye with all the latest technology. It's an additional cost (not covered) for the OCT, but it's well worth it. It's highly recommended if you have a family history of glaucoma (like me). I've been seeing Dr. Hollis and Dr. Wright for 3 years now. They are both wonderful. They've been great in addressing all of my concerns, and offering great solutions. I've also been super happy with the opticians. I wasn't really able to wear progressive lenses until coming to this practice. I'm not sure why. All I can say is that every pair I've received here have been perfect. Picking out frames by myself has never been an easy task. The opticians here have always been able to find the right frames for the shape of my face. They make the whole frame shopping experience seamless and pleasant. I never feel rushed to make a decision. I never feel like they are trying to sell me expensive frames, unless I'm leaning that way. They truly have a knack for finding the right fit, and at a good price range. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the finished product. It's always a great experience!

Dr. David Mendelblatt so severely misdiagnosed my wife she nearly went blind. She went to him in…read moreMay 2016 because the vision in her left eye was cloudy. He said she had floaters & it should clear up in a while. She didn't think it was floaters but hey, he's the doctor, right? Six months later, in November 2016 the vision in her left eye deteriorated to the point it was like looking through a tunnel with a small light at the end. She went back to him & he said her floaters had gotten worse & that a cataract that was a #1 in May had gotten a little bigger. He performed NO tests. No pictures, no field vision test, no nothing. She knew something was wrong but she didn't know what so she insisted on a macular degeneration test which was, of course, negative because that's not what the problem was. Two months later, as her vision continued to deteriorate, a neighbor recommended she go to St. Luke's. At St. Luke's she was examined on 2/1/17 by Dr. Katherine Flynn, who after a very extensive examination, with numerous tests, told her there was nothing wrong with her eye & she could find no reason why she couldn't see out of it. She then referred her to Dr Geoffery Kwitko, a neural ophthalmologist. One week later on 2/8/17 he found the reason she was losing her sight. She had a pituitary cyst pressing on her optical nerve. After a MRI on 2/22/17 & another field vision test, he told her she was also losing vision in her right eye & without surgery she would be blind in three months. He referred her to neurosurgeon Dr. Lucy Love whom we met with on 3/8/17. She was fast tracked for surgery & was operated on 3/20/17. Since her surgery she has recovered, by God's good graces, most, if not all the vision in her left eye. We are eternally grateful to St. Luke's, Dr. Katherine Flynn, Dr. Geoffery Kwitko & Dr. Lucy Love for their dedication, their expertise & their persistence in correctly diagnosing & treating my wife's eye condition. Dr. Mendelblatt should be grateful to them as well because if she didn't recover her eyesight I would be sitting in a lawyers office on Monday. If you are a patient of Dr. David Mendelblatt I suggest you run, not walk, run very fast & very far away from him. 2 Share

The upper half of my eyelid was dropping over my lower half of the upper eyelid and resting on my eye lashes. This was limiting how much light coming to my eyes. The procedure was done at the Surgical Center, took 4-5 hours and I've been in recovery mode for the past 5 weeks. The surgery was noticeable to friends but ver yo has remarked about how they look natural as opposed to some folks who have the eyes operated on to look very wide open. My eyes are still adjusting to the change of light and the swelling is healing well. Dr. Mack and his team are extremely professional!! Check-in was simple and I think I waited just 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment to be taken back for my exam. I like their system in that I was escorted to the first room for the initial checkup with the tech. After that was completed, I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes until my eyes dilated and was taken back to see Dr. Manning who completed his exam. He took his time and answered my questions and explained things in layman's terms. I recommend Dr. Manning and his staff for your eye concerns. Everyone is friendly, professional and proficient.
