If you want to go here one year and then have them sneakily charge you additional fees the next time, this is your place. I was told (by them) that they accepted my insurance and were in my plan, THEN all of a sudden on my next visit they don't and they NEVER informed me. I feel tricked and will NEVER go here again. I received services under false pretenses they knew I believed. (all they had to do was check my file and realize this). Common courtesy is obviously not part of their business ethics. Watch out if you take this risk! You might end up like me with several unexpected bills....

The best dentist I have ever worked with. I first went to her for a second opinion after a…read moredifferent local dentist told me I needed elaborate work that seemed odd to me. She took a look at the X-rays the other office sent over, said that I was fine and what they were proposing was both odd and not supported by the facts. She saved me over 5k in needless work. I have seen her for emergencies, cleanings and everything in between. She is expert in tmj issues and sensitive to the needs of patients with related problems. I had what I thought was a tmj issue that she examined, she determined it to be a different problem and refered me to follow up with a physician, correctly analyzing something that had been mis-diagnosed previously. Dr. Diachenko is not just a great dentist and a highly knowledgable professional she is also a pleasure to talk to and is a wonderful person. I Can't recommend her enough.

Recently, I had some dental work performed by Dr. Capper. He explained what he was going to do during the procedure enabling me to be more engaged and less anxious. The appointment was timely and the work was performed within the allotted time. The office location is convenient with plenty of free parking with the added benefit of being in beautiful Geneva. If you're looking for a new dentist in a family-style atmosphere without the pressure of a "corporate sell more" dental practice, make an appointment and see Dr. Capper.

We now make the drive out to Geneva to see him because he is the only dentist we trust! I tried another dentist in Chicago after Dr. Capper moved practices and was told I needed 3 crowns and some other work. I made the drive out to Geneva only to have Dr. Capper confirm I only needed 1 crown! Now it is worth it for my family and I to drive to Geneva to see a dentist who we trust! And my 3 children like him too! The hygienists are great too!

If you're afraid or hate going to the dentist, like most people I imagine, schedule an appointment with Dr. Javorski. Again, I have been going to him all my life and I have never been afraid of the dentist.

I had went in…read morefor a consultation and was told the procedure to take care of my dental issues would be over $12,000. I could not afford the 12,000 as was quoted. I applied for a credit card and was approved for $4,000 but had decided at that point not to continue with the procedure. Well, they took the credit card and used it to pay for dentures which I had not and did not approve and when I approached them about it I was told this was protocol, that is absurd I never consented to them to use the credit card for that purpose. I had to take them to small claims court to get this matter resolved. Please do not go to that dentist office for services they are horrible. There are lot of excellent dentists that are available please go to one of them and do not I repeat do not go to that dentist. Very....dissatisfied with this dentist and his office staff.

The Dentist: Dr. Kao is an experienced dentist and readily answer questions or/and provide referrels when needed. If you have a minor cavity, he can sometimes use laser technology to fix it which is much less painful than the regular method. The Staff: The staff at the office includes Julie and Nicole who are easy to interact with. I always feel welcomed at their office. Building: My only recommendation for improvement is that the interior needs to be updated. The entire office is very clean and the wooden floors are up to date. The wall paint, decor, and ceiling, howevering, could use some sprucing up. Also, the outside of the building has a generic "DENTIST" sign on it which could use some brand design updates as well. Parking: There is a large private lot, so parking is not an issue.

Dr Grimley will recommend what needs to be done but is not forceful ever. If he thinks you need a root canal he will send you to an endodontist for a second opinion and will even help you get an appointment. No one in my family has ever had a bad experience and if you do the math that would span over 200+ visits for a family of 5 going twice a year. I'd say that's a pretty good average. I strongly recommend Grimley Family Practice for Dental work in NAPERVILLE.

This practice is the epitome of money-grubbing dentistry…read more Went here with my family for several years until I had had enough. You know you're in trouble when the practice has a logo and the doc always has a great tan! Dr. Grimley consistently pushed for unnecessary xrays, sealants, replacing old amalgam fillings etc. When I had pain in a molar after he'd replaced an old amalgam filling 6 mo's earlier, he told me it now needed a root canal and crown. $2000 later (1000 to root canal guy), the tooth still gives me trouble. Nothing was wrong with this tooth until he replaced the filling! The crown he fitted is lousy and he had to grind it down to the point where it no longer feels like a normal molar. His response is consistently, "oh well it happens." Avoid this guy at all costs. UPDATE: 3 years later, Grimley notices my review and posts a picture proving my points about the tan and logo. Sorry doc, but I most certainly was a patient. I'm guessing you've treated lots of people in the same manner so my details aren't unique enough for you to guess who I am and have your lawyer write me a letter. I stand by my review. BTW, Check out all the glowing shill reviews that have showed up for this practice in the last month (Nov-Dec-2015) in Google reviews. I'm guessing someone has been busy trying to improve the practice's social media footprint.
