Update: Well, the proof is in and Earth Kind is getting a5! Grass started coming in within days…read more.. after one week the yard was 1/2 way there and now, 2 wks later it's completely filled in. Awesome work! _____________ I'd give Beau a 5-star rating, but as he says "the proof is in the green"! My seed was just laid on Thursday so I've yet to see the fruits of his labor, but up until now Beau has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Once that nearly 10K sq. feet of yard goes from brown to green, I will certainly change my rating to a 5 for sure. Beau is so nice, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about seeding and compost top dressing. He's got top-notch equipment and very effective in the application process. My large yard was completed in less than 2 days. After a long day of work, he stuck around with me to test my sprinklers and show me how much to water the seed and mistakes to avoid in watering. I highly recommend Beau.

Strung me along for months, starting in early March, when I was trying to get a lawn replacement…read moredone. Prior owner of my home neglected the yard badly and the whole thing very obviously needed redone. Connected clear back on March 6, got an estimate for the back yard only despite asking for whole yard. I'm still waiting for them to get the job they quoted me for done. First it was, oh, it's too early to put down sod, it'll die. We should plant in late April. We also won't know if your front yard needs replaced until the grass has had more time to grow. How he could conclude that the back yard needed it but not the front is beyond me -- it was the same grass in the same condition. Probably just trying to cover for the fact they didn't measure and estimate what I asked for originally. Late April came and went, despite phone calls from me as asked in early April to setup an estimate. Then it was, we'll come by and estimate in early May for install in late May. Late May has come and gone and I still don't have a full yard estimate, let alone any grass. Done with their lies. I've hired someone else. You should do the same if you want your project done.
