Neighbors across street cancelled due to shabby work too. The owner decided to toss us by the curb! Notr a loyal company anymore and I cannot mow my lawn since surgery.

But Mack did such a fast job of cleaning the gutters, the downspout's and even got some leaves behind the chimney, with before and after pictures he took on his phone. They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. We called and texted MANY times with no response for weeks. They kept coming and mowing and leaving the clippings. After 3 weeks they finally cleaned it up. NOW they haven't shown up in 4 weeks! Not answering or returning calls or texts. This company is so bad at communicating and customer service that I would highly take caution when looking to use their services. They are not consistent at all. Super disappointed! Update to the owners response: no email was received and no phone calls or texts were answered over the last month checking in on why no one was showing up. He can respond quickly to a bad review but can't answer the many phone calls and texts. The worst service we have ever experienced, especially in a small town.

I had family coming in town for the weekend and desperately needed my lawn mowed. I reached out to several area lawn care companies to see if anyone could squeeze me in within the next two days. Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness.
