Our heat pump blew out it's compressor on the Friday before New Year's Eve during a major cold snap. Temps were in the teens for at least 10 days. We contacted the company who had serviced us for the previous four years. They told us that it was the compressor, they didn't have it on hand, and to contact them on Tuesday. I contacted them on Tuesday only be told that they weren't sure when the compressor would be in and to contact them in a few days. We checked out recommendations on NextDoor and decided to contact Comfort & Beauty. That was definitely the right decision! Bennie immediately called around to different supply locations to locate a compressor or new heat pump for us. With a difference of $800 between those two options, we chose the new heat pump as ours was already five years old. This was Wednesday at around noon. By 6 pm on the same day, as the predicted snow storm started, we had a functioning new heat pump. This is real customer service. We recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Brad, the owner to come out and give an estimate. He was at my house the next morning, very knowledgable about the preparation, different types of grasses, maintance and the installation process. Why we made the decision to go with Southwest over the other companies, is that Southwest wasn't going to take down part of our fence to install sod or charge us an insane amount to till the yard when neither was necessary. Brad said our walk through gates were just fine and they could complete the job without taking any part of our fence down or making us install a drive through gate. After giving the go ahead, he and his crew were here that following evening prepping our yard and back the next morning installing sod. His crew completed our yard in a day and were very professional. We are very pleased with the completed work and would hire Southwest Landscaping again if we ever needed any work done and have already recommend the company to all my neighbors and friends.
