They picked up the phone when we called from Al other phone and Nathaniel indicated he had meant to send me a message, apologized to my wife and committed to coming out the next morning. He was paid right away for each of the times he had provided lawn maintenance service. I can't imagine why he would have suddenly stopped but the unprofessional ending to our maintenance agreement leads me to BEWARE of this company.
