They tried explaining but did it so fast then also said i was wrong bc the cashier remembers, which i can accept had they actually pointed out and showed me what was what but my cart wasn't in front of me (it was in the car by that time) and I had asked if they could just quick walk over to the car with me which was parked extremely close as it was not busy, to help show me what was what bc I was confused and didn't really get an explanation other than i was wrong bc the cashier remembers and instead of doing that, they shut their doors (the register is a tiny shed outside) and that was that. I am the friendliest human ever and was so incredibly nice about this and asking. Then once i walked back to my car to see if a manager could help bc i literally just wanted someone to show me which plants were what price wise/pot size wise. I genuinely was asking nicely. The girl who answered said the manager wasn't there and i asked if she could tell me when the manager would be in because i had questions about charges. She hung up on me. So i walked into the actual building where i asked for the manager, the girl walked over to the manager and he looked at me, she returned saying he didn't want to speak to me. It was the weirdest experience ive ever had there and it was kind of enough to put me off for good. I can spend thousands every year on florals and landscaping and bird items, anywhere. I liked supporting their biz but that. Felt so lazy and lame and like shit customer service i just never want to go back or let me kids near those kids running the place again. They're so disrespectful and just not cut out for customer service or providing floral or math/register service to adults period. Last Saturday, we decided to do one final holiday outing with our little - a light show. She been…read moreloving the decorations and Christmas lights she saw in our neighborhood or when driving around, so I thought this would a great family outing to close our the holiday season. If heard of Shady Brooks light show and has never been myself - neither had my boyfriend - so it was the first time for all of us. We paid in advance online and there was luckily a discount so we only paid $25 per car instead of the original listed price of $45 per vehicle. It's was about a 40 minute drive for us coming from the city and we luckily didn't have any traffic on our way there or back. When turning into their site, they had signs to direct you to the lanes/area to drive through the light show. Once we got to that area, we drove up to the booth so they can scan our ticket, handed us a newspaper/booklet to go with it, and we were on our way! The light displays, concepts and sections (e.g. "12 Days of Christmas" with 12 displays of drummers drumming) were very well done. Our little one loveeeeedd it - except for the Grinch of course because, he's the Grinch lol. It wasn't a short drive through but not too long either. Once we finished the light show, we did park and got out to take a quick look at what else was going on and get a lay of the land. Would definitely recommend checking this out for the holidays and we would come back to check out the playground for her, wagon rides, etc.

I expected hassles and chicanery and got nothing but great service and merchandise. We had been searching for a dining table for quite some time. After a misfire with Wayfair and no luck at area stores, we decided to stop by this branch of Bob's in Levittown. I knew the sentiment for Bob's wasn't great. Some of the reviews are merciless. But I really liked one of the tables on the showroom floor and the saleswoman, Jessica, was very helpful in outlining all of the options and logistics. She also exuded an air of honesty and integrity and that really sealed the deal for me; I purchased the table on the spot. We got 2 heads ups from Bob's prior to delivery and the team arrived right on time as promised. The table was assembled quickly and the guys cleared out all of the packaging too. The table was as nice as I had remembered in the store, so I was very happy. Overall I was blown away by how seamless the experience was. This is a business that has what, 2 or 2.5 stars on Yelp? And they totally knocked it out of the park. Great job Bob's! I will totally be back again when we need another piece of furniture.

Better known as Bridge's to the locals, this is a seasonal outdoor nursery which is open Spring throughout the Fall. I have numerous nurseries in my area and feel compelled to divide my business between them, since they are all family owned and they all offer a nice selection of quality grown plants, shrubs and trees, plus very friendly service. Some offer more in the way of ornamental plants, larger hanging baskets and lawn decorations. Bridge's also supports the local farmers by selling their corn and some other produce for them. We have a squirrel feeder and we try to keep it full at all times so they leave the birds food alone. At the end of the Fall season they allow hubby to come down and pick all the leftover corn from the unsold stalks. I have been slowly cleaning out my flower beds and I love to plant mums here and there for the season. This is the second generation of running this business and they have grown to provide more and more services. They now deliver truckloads of varied mulch or stone at a reasonable price. I like to buy my mums here because they are field grown, they often will come back the next year because they have good strong roots, plus I am then supporting the farmer's and Bridge's. I decorate everything all year long and if you stand still long enough, I will decorate you too, just ask hubby.
