All in all service was pretty slow, felt sorry for the girls working as they were running between the bar at the other side of the hotel and to us in the restaurant to serve us. They really needed more waitresses working, specially on Christmas Eve! The meals were nice but the meats were pretty dry with not enough sauce offered, and felt bad even asking the girls for more stuff to bring as they were busy. But they were lovely and attentive while they served us! If you plan to go, don't go when you're starving as you could be waiting around a while. Otherwise good atmosphere for drinking as they've expanded the bar and it looks amazing and not as old fashioned as it once had been! It was too busy to take pictures

It's all simple thing that are wrong like office furniture in the lift halls, broken door frames or beer bottles left in halls at four in the afternoon! It's just sloppy Bar is ok but grossly understaffed, all young kids getting absolutely no direction! A group of tables were left an hour before being cleared, there's no excusing that! Bartender dropped a bottle of brandy, in a fit of rage fires optic along the floor! Puts it back in the bottle without washing it! No HACCP training for these guys! Shower didn't work but was promptly fixed, that can happen anywhere! Restaurant is a beautiful room but it felt like a canteen with the table arrangement! The food however was exceptional! So all in all chef take a bow, the rest of you hang your heads, this place is not worth 130 notes for a night! There is no way in hell this place is run by hoteliers!

The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool with steamroom, sauna and unfortunately tepid jacuzzi.
